We purchased a new Trax and had a great interaction with
We purchased a new Trax and had a great interaction with our salesman Gage. After working with him for a week on a vehicle in transit, we went to the dealer to finish the process. Gage was the only bright spot sadly, as the sales manager Jeremy decided that morning to mark up the price of the vehicle without any reason, pulling a bait-and-switch on us in front of our faces. Buy a $5,000 extended warranty or be charged a $3,000 mark-up on the vehicle. He told us to our face that he understood it wasn’t fair to us, but clearly didn’t care. On top of that, the finance department kept us waiting for over an hour (with no one else buying a car), and were incredibly disorganized with the paperwork. Of the numerous vehicles I’ve purchased, this was by far the worst experience. First time and definitely the last time I purchase a vehicle from an Andy Mohr dealership.

Awesome experience from an amazing company
Well I unexpectedly discovered that I was in dire need of transportation and had no clue where to begin. Fortunately, I remembered that I had a Consumer’s Reports subscription and decided to give them a try. They not only gave me ideas about make and model they included reliability and recommended dealerships. The first one I called couldn’t see until the next day. The second one I called was Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet. Honestly, I wasn’t even sure what exactly I wanted but the efficient and kind staff helped me quickly narrow things down and picked out the perfect car for me. They also worked with me with financing options, insurance and even getting the license plates!! I am frankly amazed that I have a beautiful car with everything I need without any issues! They even helped me set up the OnStar system!! Definitely an awesome experience from an amazing company!! 😊❤️❤️❤️

P308 engine code
Took my 2008 avalanche in for miss on cylinder 8 was told it needed a new engine quoted 10000.00 + to tear into it. Guess their diagnostics are having someone just listen to engine and tell me there's internal noise instead of getting to the root cause by using the high tech scan tools that gm has designed to do the diagnostics. I did a leak down test my self and found it to be an intake valve not sealing properly, fixed it myself. This was the first time in my 51 years of age to ever take something to a dealer for diagnostics and it will be the last!!!

My coolant was leaking out, they did not fix
I had a small leak and the coolant was leaking out, they couldn't not fix it. My car is a 2017 toyota Corolla, I was told to take my car to Avon to get it fixed. I was very disappointed 😞 and I bought the car at andy mohr in speedway.

Installed automatic start. Did excellent job and service was fast. I thought miscellaneous shop charge was high for this service. Otherwise, completely satisfied with this dealership

Work expected not completed
My rating was a 3 because my daughter had a rebuilt motor put in my car….last year, only to find out I am now needing a head cover gasket and auxiliary battery replacement.
