So far the experience was great. However; the work order bill was a little expensive considering the amount of time it took to complete the job on my vehicle.

I lost my car in Hurricane Ian, came back to Indiana to
I lost my car in Hurricane Ian, came back to Indiana to buy a new Equinox. Sales Manager sat down to talk numbers and I noticed a $5000 extended warranty plan in the calculations. When I stated I wanted to decline he said he would just ADD IT TO THE MSRP!! Gave me excuses about chip shortage and how many GM dealerships are doing this. I am, shocked, dismayed, but mostly disappointed that a dealership with the reputation of Andy Mohr would allow this completely unethical, bait and switch business practice to go on. For the record I purchased a brand new Equinox at another Indianapolis dealership as a well qualified buyer and that dealership did NOT try to victimize me a second time with a forced extended warranty plan. Side note, the amount of the extended warranty plan was the exact same amount as the money I was putting down. Literally wash out my down payment. The actions of this sales manager lost the sale for Byron, who I was eager to work with.

Ok repair, BUT dealership scratched it badly.
1---Took days to get the repair part needed. Was mostly ok with that, but my 2012 Colorado was at the dealership several days waiting. 2---The pricey repairs worked. 3---When home, found a long scratch on entire passenger side. Only possible if someone squeezed it into a tight spot, or another vehicle was squeeze-parked along passenger side. Needed to finally have the truck back; waste to got back to dealership.

Bad review
Brook and Ricky has been good to me but the car they sold me has been in shop 6 xxxx time for engine issues bumper falling off while driving Brakes all around the car that I had to pay for Car note $600 put at this point I would’ve been better off at a buy here pay here I don’t care about no warranty I got this car March 1 and I’ve been having problems every since I got this car so maybe Andy Morh need to do a better check on your vehicle because there’s no way that I should be paying out-of-pocket to get stuff fixed soon as I get a car it doesn’t matter if it’s a used vehicle if you had DId the Inspection all these problems would not be happening then I was told more mile I put on this car it’s gone wear tear that bs I had 2010 Malibu for 14 years and it has 240,000 miles on it and this car is five years old and I didn’t have all these problems in 14 years so I don’t want to hear that cause that bs cause if you take care of a car it will run good remind you this car 5 year old so all these issues shouldn’t be goin wit the engine if it was checked and that 2010 Malibu I got that brand new wit 54 mile on it and never had this many issues had one oil out of the 14 years so you can put mile on a car as long you keep The maintenance up on your vehicle it will run so when ppl say that to me about how many mile you put on car that’s why it all these issues that xxxxxxxx
