I drove off in a car that I would have thought I could purchase!! Awesome young man who helped us along the way!!! Awesome experience!! I'm a happy camper 🙂

Wait There's More

Two issues. First one, just purchased a new Chevy Traverse. After a few months I was hearing a noise on my brakes. Came in for service and explained I needed to go to work. I was told I could have a loaner car for the day. I was also given a number to text if I had any questions or concerns. When I arrived I explained to the person who was helping me and was told that they don't loan cars. That number that was given to me had no response to texts or calls. Second, went in for my second oil change ( the first one was free) as I am waiting, I'm receiving text messages on the status of the oil change. The last text message was the bill. It read, Total for services, $50.43. Went to the window to pay and was handed a bill for $90.81. I spoke to the person at the window about the text message with the total for services bill and was told that the bill that I received doesn't include the labor. But yet it says total for services.

As I’ve been to several different dealerships for service, I’d like to say overall, I’ve always had the best deal for my money so this one. From the time you walk in to get service you’re treated respectfully and timing is everything. They take care of you, keep you up to date on what’s happening with your vehicle abs how much it’ll cost. No surprises! I love this place!!! Jeff had taken care of my needs with priority and I appreciate his soft spoken kindness. Thank you!

2000 Pontiac GTP Window Repair l.p.

I was pleased with the promptness of the service and the willingness of the dealership to express ship the necessary part. My only issue was that even though I had a 10 am "appointment", it took 30 minutes to take my information and take my vehicle back to a service bay. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the process.
