Jefferson Auto Plex

I purchase a used vehicle from Jefferson autoplex. I am now still satisfied with my vehicle. I had a few problems but they took care of it. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle bye at Jefferson Auto Parts service is good and the vehicles are decent all right

This man is crooked he lies blames everything on someone else one of his nicest employees got sick from inside his building it is mold infested and if you walk in if you can when it rains they have approximately 10 5 gallon buckets to try to get some of the rain that’s pouring in his building he has no electricity in his building he using a generator an he does drugs this place is unacceptable to be in one of his employees got definitely sick an has cancer but all he does is accuse him of his bad doing because that employee quit an he’s mad because he’s not doing his dirty work for him bad place to buy a vehicle at he says he been in business for 24 years an has all his finger an toes well he just never met the right one to do dirt to sells cars promises if any thing goes wrong he’ll fix it what? But lies all lies he’s a terrible unreliable person the person who was his employee name Brian can have his business shut completely down but Michael Blanton threaten him with jail terrible people ought to go call the use car commission on him many have lost money got broken down an he quick to repo saying none payment just so he can sell that same care get a down payment an has another sucker he’s very bad if you don’t believe are think this is just to put a business down just go there he has a note on door saying to call the number on it an he get back to you you can see all the rain going in his business a Definitely fire hazard

They sold a nice looking car on the outside and in but it broke down 2 weeks after purchase and they don’t do anything about it, be aware when they make you sign as is because they only did a temporary fix to get it off their lot , I’m young barely making it in this world with an infant child and everyone know right now times are hard for the whole Louisiana, with things going up and pay is the same, and they still show no remorse whatsoever, I work hard for my money they took it knowing what was wrong with the car they sold me, So y’all please take heed because this place does not have a LOW STAR REVIEW FOR NOTHING, they also have two lots one on Airline and one on Williams. Wish I can leave no stars….but I had to,to leave a review

Jefferson Autoplex financed me a car 7 months ago. I have not received the permanent license plate. The finance company hasn't received the title yet. I have been paying the note and the insurance cost for 6 months on a car that they may not be able to sell. If they did, I want all monies paid for deposit, payments and insurance. Cancel the finance company and give back all money that they paid Jefferson Autoplex.

i could not find a car anywhere nor financing my freind sent me to jefferson autoplex they got me a great car financed low payment and credit ! thats what i needed !!! thank you jefferson autoplex

My son an I went to purchase his first car.I saw on the lot there was a car that he wanted.We took the car for a test drive.The car ran bad.The first mechanic said it ran like this before.I told the salesman to get the car fixed and I will buy it.After two days they sent the car to another shop to be look at.The shop said they have to order parts and it would be ready in a day the salesman said. Called the next day and they said the parts won't be in until a couple days.The salesman said they would give me $800 off if I fixed it my self.I said no I will wait until tomorrow .Went down to get the car and the salesman said that we are going to give you your deposit back because we will have to pull the motor out of the car to fix the problem.No one said that they had to pull the motor to fix it when the problem was found.The car is in the front of the as if it is for sale again.Fixed or not fixed?

I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer July 6, 2013 and have nothing but major problems that should have been remedied months ago. The VIN was either illegible or outright wrong on all of the sales documents. It's now the end of October and the dealer has failed to send me a license plate and registration. The Office of Motor Vehicles has put them in the mail to me as I got a ticket for no license plates, expired temporary tag, and expired brake tag. This dealer promised to purchase and install a new radio which broke before I could leave the lot, promised to fix the driver's side passenger seat which also broke before I could drive off the lot and change the kick plate under the driver's side dash in order to cover all of the exposed and dangling wires. To date, the dealer has only replaced the radio and caused me to drive to Kenner on at least four different occasions to fix the things he promised to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Louisiana Attorney General's Office along with the Better Business Bureau. I suspect I probably won't have my issues resolved but it was worth a shot to me for taking advantage of a woman. Do yourself a favor; buy a vehicle from any other dealer in this state. Your blood pressure and anxiety levels with thank you.

I loved using Cars.com. The site is great and user friendly. But Jefferson Auto Plex is garbage. Twice I emailed them concerning two different vehicles and recieve no response. I finally called them 5 days later and the vehicle I wanted was sold. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found the people very helpful and trying real hard to make a deal they just didn't have anything in price range that i was interested in purchasing, I would recommend them .

I just bought a lexus from this dealer and they are really nice people to deal with. it was a wonderful experience to buy the car from jefferson auto plex. abby
