I was disappointed in this dealership.

I was disappointed in this dealership. I had asked 4 different people at least 4 times the same question... what is the best out-the-door cash price for the vehicle I was interested in? I explained that I lived over an hour away and was not going to move forward without this information. Instead of, oh I don't know, answering the question, I was just given the run around. More people texting, calling and emailing me to set up an appointment. I told them all I would if they answered my question. I never received anything even close to an answer. Instead they kept blowing me off for a week. I decided that this seemed shady and emailed them to tell them that I would not be doing business with them regarding this vehicle or any others in the future. And I will tell others about my experience.

Worst experience ever leasing a brand new car with

Worst experience ever leasing a brand new car with manufacturing defect and rude responses. Sales Person Stephen Gonzales was very rude from the beginning and became worse after closing the deal, knowingly selling a car with obvious manufacturing defect which I addressed the first moment and asked to get a different car which he rejected. The bad experience is also with their GM Gene and multiple people I talked to, they even don't know how to repair it and seems they are using my car to learn. I will never buy a car from this dealership again.

Do not buy an Acura MDX.

Do not buy an Acura MDX. I have a lemon and they can't fit it. The worst experience that I have ever had!

My tire was repaired quickly and was super clean at pick up. I made my service appointment on line and received texts/phone calls throughout the process.

I visited this dealership on 1/30/23 and had one of the worst experiences trying to buying a car. This is the first dealership I have seen using a higher tax rate than at contract time flip the rate to the correct tax rate only to keep the money. When I asked them to fix the tax form to the higher tax rate they declined. They know what they are doing!. This is super shady! Not to mention they are forcing customers to purchase their garbage ceramic coating package and anti theft devices. Buyer beware to the flipping tax rate trick!

Oil Change Plus

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

Flat tire emergency

Had a full tire blowout and needed my car to be towed. The tow came to collect my car from my jobsite and brought it to the dealer with no hassle. I was periodically contacted about my car/service through out the day. My car was ready by the time I left work. Overall great experience for a stressful event.

Always Excellent Service

My vehicle, a 2014 MDX, needed immediate attention so took it in without an appointment. The Service Desk was responsive and got my vehicle into the shop within 45 minutes. Every thing was taken care to my great satisfaction. I've been a customer for over 29 years and the Service Department has never disappointed me..
