Armando and Dave were very helpful and to the point. I had just had a horrible experience at another dealership and my experience at Austin eAutos was a breath of fresh air. Armando even took the vehicle for a (spirited) test drive before I even made the trip to tell me how it drives. They do a great job of bringing in only well-maintained high end vehicles and offer prices that cannot be beat. I will definitely be sending more people their way!

This is the best car buying experience I've had. The staff was professional and courteous; not pushy at all. The showroom is extremely clean. My wife and I were allowed to take our car for a test drive (with no tag along salesperson). The prices are very competitive with no hassle involved. Shout out to Gary for the amazing customer service!

We worked with Armondo and he was laid back, honest, helpful, and never pressured us to do anything. He answered all of my questions and provided me with everything I needed to buy our new car. Just purchased a Nissan Leaf from Austin eAutos and the experience was terrific. Pricing was fair, the website easy to use and informative, and communication before our visit to the showroom was prompt and clear. Once we arrived for our appointment with Gary he was just terrific: the exact opposite of the typical "high-pressure sales guy" -- pleasant, easy going, knowledgeable, and completely transparent on all aspects of the purchase process. Financing with Kim was a breeze, with none of the nonsense "documentation fees" or administrative add-on line items so many dealers try to sneak into your sales contract. We went from test drive to driving the vehicle off the lot in less than two hours, and has a genuinely nice time doing so. A+ experience and highest recommendation.

Entire staff at Austin eAutos was SO helpful, and helped me get into my dream car. I spent a lot of time researching online and narrowed it down to 2-3 vehicles I was interested in. The staff, in particular Gary and Brian, listened to my needs and took the time to help me find the car I was looking for, and went the extra mile to help me secure financing at the best rate possible. I found the car I was looking for, the car dealer at Austin eAutos (Gary) was great, pretty straight forward, easy to deal with, friendly of course, we took the car for a 7-10 minutes ride, got back to the dealer, negotiated the car's price and we agreed on a final amount drive of the lot, went to the credit union, got a car loan and bought the car, it was that easy, there was not too much wheeling and dealing taking place. (took more time at the bank than the car dealer). They gave us a reasonable price and we took it, just like that, no hassle, no gimmicks. First of all, I was browsing through the app to find a vehicle. Requested more information and they replied my request within minutes. Mr Gary contacted me and we set up a test drive, afterwards we started the process, everything was smooth and fast. I can't imagine any way the shopping or buying experience could have been easier. Everyone was very friendly. Brian did a great job helping me learn about the Nissan Leaf since I've never had an electric car before. They let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves and even let me take it for an entire day so I could make sure I could make it to and from work on one charge. Once I decided to buy the car, the negotiation AND paperwork process took a grand total of approximately 30 minutes; that is not an exaggeration! And of course, I got a great deal on the price. My fiance has already decided that he'll be looking here when he's ready for his next car.
