All though I haven’t purchased a car from Austin autos yet. This is where I will look 1st. They responded to my online questions very promptly. Gary was very courteous and professional. Can’t wait.

Just bought my 4runner there. Super easy process, friendly and attentive staff, nice selection of vehicles, wonderful facility, on and on and on. I tend to buy my vehicles new at the actual dealerships...NO MORE. I will get my future vehicles at Austin E Autos and will continue to do so. Can't thank Dave in finance enough...great guy and extremely helpful! A++++ Cannot recommend enough!

This is the only dealership I?ve ever felt the need to write a review for. I?ve never written one and do not plan to going forward, yet this place deserves as much credit as they can get! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Everyone is genuine and the buying process could not be more refreshing. After having gone to 8 dealerships within a 2 weeks span I decided to give Austin eAutos a shot. Their no haggle pricing and indoor fleet was something I had not experienced. As most dealerships are friendly when you?re buying a car, the true test comes when you need service. Again, they nailed it. I had purchased my vehicle 4 weeks ago and noticed an issue with my new grand Cherokee. I called the Jeep dealership and they tried to make up some excuse that they were unable to provide a loaner car because I didnt buy the vehicle from them. Now, Austin eAutos could have just said best of luck, but instead they lent me one of their own vehicles and offered to pick my Jeep up and deliver the loaner car. This is definitely one place that pays attention to detail when it comes to customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend you check it out!

Armando and Dave were very helpful and to the point. I had just had a horrible experience at another dealership and my experience at Austin eAutos was a breath of fresh air. Armando even took the vehicle for a (spirited) test drive before I even made the trip to tell me how it drives. They do a great job of bringing in only well-maintained high end vehicles and offer prices that cannot be beat. I will definitely be sending more people their way!

This is the best car buying experience I've had. The staff was professional and courteous; not pushy at all. The showroom is extremely clean. My wife and I were allowed to take our car for a test drive (with no tag along salesperson). The prices are very competitive with no hassle involved. Shout out to Gary for the amazing customer service!

Austin E Autos is incredible! Their brand new location off 45 is beautiful and their showroom of cars is in impeccable. We worked with Armondo and he was laid back, honest, helpful, and never pressured us to do anything. He answered all of my questions and provided me with everything I needed to buy our new car. We got a great deal for the car and extended warranty. I would absolutely buy another car from Austin E Autos.

Just purchased a Nissan Leaf from Austin eAutos and the experience was terrific. Pricing was fair, the website easy to use and informative, and communication before our visit to the showroom was prompt and clear. Once we arrived for our appointment with Gary he was just terrific: the exact opposite of the typical "high-pressure sales guy" -- pleasant, easy going, knowledgeable, and completely transparent on all aspects of the purchase process. Financing with Kim was a breeze, with none of the nonsense "documentation fees" or administrative add-on line items so many dealers try to sneak into your sales contract. We went from test drive to driving the vehicle off the lot in less than two hours, and has a genuinely nice time doing so. A+ experience and highest recommendation.

Entire staff at Austin eAutos was SO helpful, and helped me get into my dream car. I spent a lot of time researching online and narrowed it down to 2-3 vehicles I was interested in. The staff, in particular Gary and Brian, listened to my needs and took the time to help me find the car I was looking for, and went the extra mile to help me secure financing at the best rate possible. These guys know that what they are doing, and I highly recommend to everybody!

The staff was very friendly, easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I received everything that I needed. No pressure sales with a good selection of nice vehicles. I would highly recommend visiting them before going to some large dealer that cares nothing more than about the sale and the bottom line. Couldn't be happier with my new Mustang or the experience and fast process in buying the new car.
