I didn't even know what kind of car I wanted until I met Jackie at New Autos, Inc. They had the perfect car for me and the whole experience was pleasant and quick. I would recommend them to anyone and have already told a couple of people who are looking for a car right now.

We had to purchase a car following a serious car accident. Both my husband and I were recovering from serious injuries and could not travel to car dealers to look at inventory. We were also unable to find inventory in Chico for the vehicle we wanted. When friends told us about their experience with NewAutosInc we realized that this was a perfect approach for us to find a car. We did not have the energy to deal with car lots and haggling about price, etc. I filled out the email form on a Thursday evening and received a call from NAI on Friday morning. I worked with Ken Kirkman who located a perfect car within a few hours. He emailed me pictures and gave me many details about the car right away. I met with Ken on Friday to discuss our interest in the car. The car was transported to Chico on Monday and delivered to our driveway on Tuesday. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We plan to purchase an additional car in the future and will certainly be returning to NAI. I loved the experience!!!

This is the second time we've purchased from New Autos Inc, Chico. We're quite happy with the service, the low pressure, and the ZERO hassle. We told James exactly what we wanted, he told us when he could get it for us (honestly, no stringing us along!) and roughly what the price would be. When it came in (on time!) it was exactly what we'd asked for (no upsell pressure!) and at a fair price. Easy, quick, and stress-free! If all car dealerships were like this people wouldn't hate car dealers. Just saying, if anyone's listening over at Wittmeier...

Ken at New Autos Inc got us the car that we wanted in record time. I am so happy with our Ford Flex (which are hard to find). I had a list of items that were must haves with in a certain budget and he gave us exactly what we wanted in the price range we requested. He was easy to talk to, honest and did what he said he was going to do. I will definitely work with him again!!!

I bought a new Honda Accord recently from New Autos, Inc. James worked with me, got me a great deal, and delivered my car within three days. I also sold my old car to New Autos. All in all, it was a great experience. I've been encouraging friends who might be in the market for a new car to make a beeline for New Autos.

We have purchased our last four cars through New Autos Inc and I imagine anything else we buy will be through them as well. The only complications we have ever experienced was generated by the dealer through whom the car was retailed. It is no pressure, tell us what you want and we'll try to get it service. Very satisfying indeed.
