We had worked with Ken Kirkman 3 years ago when we purchase a used car off NAIs lot. So when we wanted to find a used 2014 GMC Acadia Denali we went back to Ken. He found one in five days that had everything we wanted. This was a hard to find vehicle so we were overjoyed. Ken makes the transaction painless, quick and accurate to the "T". The day we went in was actually a day off for Ken, but he just happen to be in for a short time. He did not hesitate to completely give his full attention. We have never had to listen to a sales pitch or pressure. If you know what you want Ken can find it as NAI has contacts everywhere.

We brought my cousin to see New Autos Inc to purchase a new car last year. Ken did an outstanding job for her( who is over 90). This year we were looking for a used Hundai Sonata Glc and we went directly to New Autos Inc to talk to Ken, as he had done such a wonderful job for my cousin. I went in looking for a low-priced vehicle for my son to get to-and-from college, thinking they would not have one in my price range because they are very selective about the quality of cars they display. I was surprised to find one in my price range and of high quality: which is why they kept it on their sales floor. Ken and the owner were great to work with. They was very responsive to our needs although we were purchasing a lower-priced vehicle. I was impressed with the selection of vehicles they had available for sale; not for my college son but maybe for us in the future:)!
