New Cars Inc. offers a great service for those looking for a new or used vehicle. Ken recently helped me purchase a 2017 VW Golf Sportwagon. This was my 2nd vehicle purchased through NCI. I told him what I was looking for; he found several options to choose from, and I selected the best vehicle for me. The whole process took perhaps two hours of my time, and it's all completely stress free with no gamesmanship that one finds at the dealerships. NCI worked efficiently with my local credit union to handle the financing. It all went swimmingly. I have referred two friends who were also pleased with their experience at NCI.

By going through New Autos Inc, we were able to get a 2014 Toyota Prius V for a lower price than any of the other dealerships in town, without any haggling. Ken was a nice guy who answered any questions I had. Two days after I turned in the car we traded in, I realized that I left a CD in the CD player, so Ken went and got it for me and had it waiting on his desk when I came to pick it up. The only reason this is four stars instead of five is that when our car did not arrive on the scheduled day, I did not receive a phone call. I contacted Ken the next day to ask whether the car had arrived, and it turned out the car was delayed several days due to an issue at the dealership that was selling it. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or email letting me know, since we were planning to pick up the new car "within 24 to 48 hours" as we were told by New Autos Inc. Overall, I would recommend this company and would do business with them again.

This company is probably the most efficient, fair, pleasant, easy, business that I have dealt with. No stress, no negotiating- everything was as promised. James in sales, and Bernie the owner were terrific to work with. We asked for a specific make and model of car, and with out any work on our part, received the vehicle with in 2 weeks. Paperwork took only 20 mins., and we have been driving in luxury ever since. The only way to buy a car! Thank you NAI!!

I had such a great buying experience at New Autos Inc. I had been shopping for a Honda Element for a while and the 2005 Element I found here was in great condition. You can tell they really take care of their cars and only sell the very best! I never knew buying a car could be so easy, I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy!
