New Autos Inc. is the place to go when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, in the North State. It was such a smooth and easy process for me. James was very helpful and is there to look for what YOU want and need in a car. There was never a feeling of being pressured in to purchasing something I didn't want. Car-buying has traditionally been a royal pain of an experience. New Autos Inc. has turned that around, as far as I'm concerned. I have now bought three cars through them, and I expect my next one, if I need one, will also be through them. This time I got a slightly better equipped car than I asked them to search for (a 2015 Mazda 3 Grand Touring Hatchback) and I got it at a slightly better price than I expected to have to pay. I don't remember this happening in the past. Jackie Karol, with whom I dealt for the last two cars (with my fiancee in the second case), is a delight to deal with. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I can't recommend NAI too highly.

Ken did a great job for us. Ordered an exact replacement of the car that had been totaled in an accident. The Chevy Spark ev he found for us had the more pricey trim package, brand new, and less expensive then our original car! No more auto dealerships for me, I will be ordering my future cars from New Autos Inc. Just wish that my wife would let me drive it.

I heard about NAI from our mechanic, and immediately went to check it out. Unfortunately my mom and I arrived right at closing time, however James took time to look at some cars with us and schedule an appointment for the following morning, at which I bought a 2011 Ford Focus. I had spent some time looking for a car and was so tired of all the high pressure approaches from salesmen to buy without really listening to me or answering my questions. I had decided to quit looking when I drove by New Autos Inc. and saw a car I loved. From the first moment I walked on the lot until signing the papers, I never felt pressured. Going through the process of buying a car is stressful, but my experience with this dealer was great. I bought a used 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK350 4-matic and I love it! Ken answered all my questions, gave me all the time I needed to decide without pressuring me, and literally walked me through the whole process effortlessly. I am so pleased with my new to me car and the whole buying process.

purchased a beautiful 2008 Acura. Had everything we were looking for. Spent a frustrating amount of time in Sacramento and Roseville shopping and really pleased to come home and have a satisfying experience in Chico.
