Dealer experience

I went in to buy a new traverse. They are very aggressive in their internet pricing. Remeber that if u are trading in a vehicle cause they do low ball very hard in your trade in. They have a nice selection of vehicles and had the one I wanted. Finance guy pushes hard on add ons but some make sense if you plan on owning more than 36000 miles. Listen and make your decision then. I feel comfortable with the deal I got. I probably could have shopped around and saved another 1000 dollars but i got the vehicle i wanted. Follow up from the dealership was efficient. Paperwork arrived promptly. This place moves volume so you wont get the best deal but you will get the vehicle you want. For example interior color, exterior color. I like the dealer add ons like rubber mats and mud guards. They are more expensive than weather tech but the convenience is worth the extra money.

Wonderful sales Lady

Our sales lady was wonderful and when she didn't know something she was able to get a young man that knew what all the computer answers on our new Equinox

Superb Dealership

We were on our way to Texas, from Canada when a noise developed in the front end of our Equinox. We took one of the exits for Springfield, and was directed to your dealership. We were met by Sean who was very professional, polite and efficient. Our wait was short, and the problem was fixed, with no charge. One of the lug nuts had come loose. They retorqued all four wheels and had us back on the road again. Thank you and you are very lucky to have such a dedicated employee as Sean.

Malibu 2017: Great Car/Great Oil Change

They did a routine oil change on my 2017 Malibu that I bought new from them. Customer service is great and wait time was quick. No complaints. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Second opinion

My previous review was based on our experence in the finance department. A customer should be treated respectfully when purchasing extended, expensive warranties. My apologies to the salesman who worked with and for us. Since that first experence, the car has recieved maintenance work we are thus far pleased with. They did the work on time and with very good customer service.
