Multiple days with no word

Dopped car off 2 days ago for the transmission, have not head a word about it. And when i call there is no answer. I then connect to a different help desk who transfers me back to the service line just to sit there again with no answer. Initial help was good but follow through and information of service was not. Losing multiple work days with no information on if the repair was allowed by warranty or not.

I was disappointed in this dealership. I brought in a car that I would like to sell and Jeremy the used car manager refused to give me an estimate on what it is worth. He demanded that I price my vehicle and told me that he did not want to offend me. I asked several times to let me know the value and he refused. Seemed kind of slick Willy. I guess he was hoping that he could take advantage of me Disappointing as I have always considered this as a reputable dealership. I just wanted their opinion of the value of my car.

Based on my discussion with others that had experience with Reliable, this is typical and from the top. I was able complete a sale at Mayse in Aurora. They made me an offer in 20 minutes, processed the title and I had a check. I would highly recommend that dealership over this one. It is ashamed as it used to be a great dealership. You might consider exploring their culture.

Body shop sucks

Body shop took over 50 days to repair my only ride to work but for putting me in this tight spot guess how much they took off the catastrophic bill same as my rating for them 0

They have not reached out my driver door has a major wind leak they didnt put any of the skidplates back on my truck findind loose and falling out bolts they say they have done the best job they can and lawsuit only choice i have to be made right

I was visiting the area for my sisters wedding. I needed DEF for my 2021 Silverado 3500 and stopped at your dealership. I was absolutely surprised when my truck was returned to me with the DEF filled up and was told that it was FREE. I was absolutely surprised because my local dealership (1100 miles away) would have charged me. THANK YOU

Went in with my mother-in-law to look for a new to her...

Went in with my mother-in-law to look for a new to her car, she is not one that has one car in mind but likes to look and see first. Greeted by Maurice Pollard and all was well, he invited us in to sit down and talk a bit and that is not what my MIL wanted to do and let him know she was not wanting to give any information at the moment, he responded defensively and said, "so you dont want to let me know what your looking for and budget... you just want to walk around in the heat..." to which my MIL responded, " you can go inside where its cool and I will walk around then..." she did end up saying what her ideal budget was and he said he didn't have anything on the lot... mind you this is all still pretty defensive... I spoke up and said they had some listed on the website, to which he fired back that just cause its on the website doesn't mean they have it... all their inventory goes to the website before it goes through inspection or detail... based on response and demeanor we were done with the interaction and did not want to buy any car from him at this point. We said thank you and that we would move on with our evening. While standing outside discussing dinner and other evening plans, the Sales manager Bryon Dunn and Maurice with him came up and greeted us and ask if there was something he could help with, I simply said that we were good and no help was needed at that point, to which he referenced the car online and I responded that we were good and no longer needed any help. They both just went inside. I should have taken the time in the moment to express this and maybe even pointed out the customer service training opportunity that presented itself to them. Unfortunately I know they are a larger dealership and this review will land to a deaf hear due to they have plenty of business but that just wont include us.

Excellent work, great customer service!

A huge shout out to Austin Terry who always make sure that our vehicles are taken great care of. And a huge shout out to Joshua who fix my granddaughters car that runs better now than when it was new! It’s the only place we ever take our vehicles even though some of them aren’t Chevrolet. Thank you so much. I’ll be back again..Always!
