A few days ago, I traded in my 2014 Hyundai Accent for a
A few days ago, I traded in my 2014 Hyundai Accent for a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, something I had been thinking about dong for while now. The folks at Heritage Hyundai Towson made it a very easy decision to make, and the transition was a breeze. I had a few vehicles to choose from with AWD, but the exterior/interior color combo made it easy. I chose Hyundai’s Rockwood green exterior color with a light grey fabric interior. As you can imagine, there are quite a few new and improved features on a 2025 model versus a 2014. Stan, the salesman at Heritage, knew these features inside and out and was able to explain them and how they work! Just the dashboard itself almost seems futuristic to an old guy like me, but it is well laid out and relatively easy to read. Even the business office made the financing workout for me and my fixed income! If you’re considering a new car or SUV, I would encourage you to visit Heritage Hyundai of Towson…you’ll be very well taken care of!

Weird experience the whole way around.
Weird experience the whole way around. I got emails from like 6 different people, none of them being the salesperson I picked on cars.com. At one point I was emailing with a sales rep, sales manager and general manager all at the same time. They also sent me random computer generated emails in the middle of the night which came across to me as scammy and unprofessional especially considering they made zero sense taking into account the emails I had sent previously that were ignored. All of their emails push you to call them which should not be necessary. The reason more than likely is probably because they have a Grant Cardone or similar training program where they are taught to follow a script on phone calls as a part of their sales funnel to get people into the dealership, even if they don't have what you want. I know this because I used to have to take classes from a program like this when I sold cars and I would purposely not follow it because its cold, rude, impersonal and disgusting. If I'm trying to buy a car in Maryland and I live in Idaho, why would you keep pushing me to come in for an appointment? It doesn't make any sense. I just want to email with a few dealerships because I'm hunting for a specific car with a specific set of options. There are only a handful available in the whole country, and I don't have time to waste calling around but that seemed like an alien concept to them. When I did attempt to negotiate via email they were unwilling to lower their price at all even considering I was going to have to travel from the other side of the country or ship the car to get it. Which btw they would not arrange shipping which in 2025 is a bit of a red flag in my opinion. They refused to negotiate just said my offer was unreasonable when I only put 10% off their asking price. That's the part in the negotiation process where we might meet in the middle or most stores would at least come down 1-2k to try and make a deal. They put no effort whatsoever to do that which felt incredibly disrespectful. The sales manager completely ignored my email and never wrote me back when I flat out asked him to counter. The general manager, whose emails were usually short and unprofessional sounding with text-speak slang and improper punctuation, was like, oh we have someone else coming to test drive. lol okay? And? My money wasn't good enough and they would not do anything special to earn my business or even give a slightly lower price because they wanted to be stubborn and get more from someone else that will roll over and pay them way too much without arguing. 0/10 would not recommend these people if you're actually trying to negotiate and get a good deal but I guess that's what you get trying to buy a luxury vehicle from a Hyundai dealership. Every Audi/BMW store I've dealt with has been multiple tiers better in customer service and coherent/fluid communication, either offering a reasonable price or giving a logical reason why they couldn't lower it any further. This is like the mcdonalds of dealerships. The price is the price if you don't like it then leave, I felt like I was a burden on them and there was no relationship or rapport built whatsoever.

I had a fantastic car-buying experience thanks to Stan Gabrovski, who was incredibly professional and zero pressure throughout. He helped me find the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade I wanted, and after noticing a small scratch on the first one, he quickly arranged a second test drive with another vehicle—which I ended up purchasing. What really stood out was Stan's dedication. He stayed with me through the entire process, all the way until I got my keys at 9 PM, even though the dealership closes at 6! He personally transferred everything from my old car, including my E-ZPass, and took the time to walk me through the features, set up the infotainment system, and even recommended a hotel for the night. I highly recommend this dealership—and especially Stan—if you're in the market for a new car. He made the whole process smooth, respectful, and genuinely helpful.

Went to Heritage Hyundai because our daughter had a good experience a couple years ago with her purchase. Had a very pleasant experience with our salesman, Tom Hamme. He was informative and honest. Did not attempt to xx me at all. Answered questions and was extremely helpful. Car was delivered in almost perfect condition. Only issue was a few bubbles in the rear bumper applique, otherwise no problems. Would recommend the dealership and especially Tom.

Horrible experience with Hyundai quality control and with
Horrible experience with Hyundai quality control and with this dealership. We purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 the first week of May, and the initial purchase went smoothly. However, we found after driving it home (3 miles) that it would not charge with Level 1 or Level 2 chargers. Drove the car back and it has been in the shop for the last 3 weeks. We have been told that (1) it is probably an ICCU failure, and that the replacement part will take 4-8 weeks to arrive, then (2) that it is the VCMS, not the ICCU, then (3) that the new VCMS did not fix it, and that they think it is the high voltage fuse box, then (4) that the new high voltage fuse box did not fix it, and now they think it is the ICCU, then (5) that the ICCU was just rush delivered and would be installed in the next day or two, then (the following day after calling multiple times) that they actually cannot find the new ICCU part, and are not sure where it is or how long it might take to get a replacement part. What is especially annoying is that nobody from sales has ever said "we are sorry we sold you a defective car, and will make this right". The manager never called to apologize or reach out. When I try to get updates on the progress of repairs, I often have to call multiple times over a day or two and leave several messages before a callback. When we ask for a loaner, or a replacement car, or for then to simply buy back this brand new car that does not work, we are told by the salesman that the manager says it is not possible. Their proposed solution is to keep driving it with level 3 charging and an unclear electrical problem - most likely a defective ICCU which is known to lead to sudden low voltage battery failures that can leave you stranded. So not only are they selling defective cars, they don't seem to be willing to fix the problem or stand by their product.

Roman was great at providing me with the best savings option based on my situation. Herb was patient and great at answering all my questions. Demetria at finance gave me the options and was zero percent pushy. She let me think about how to proceed. Everyone I had contact with was amazing. The dealer was nice, clean and very well set up. Parking was a little tight but it was busy and it flowed. I really can’t say enough good comments about them. Even the follow up was just the right amount. Definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai if you are in the market.
