Joshua in my experience was a pleasure to work with. When I started out to purchase a car, I went where I had purchased 5 previously in Bel Air. Honestly they acted like I had covid - they couldn't answer questions about the car features and I couldn't get a return call when I told them I am here to purchase a car. Conversely, Joshua was exactly what i wanted. Super knowledgeable about all car features, helpful but not over powering, and courteous to a fault. He even is responsive since the sale has finalized. A+ in my view.

We had an appt with a salesperson after I had emailed a spoken with him about the exact car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. When we arrived, the salesperson was not available, so we were passed to Herb. Herb informed us that the car we wanted was not on the lot and there was no way we could get what we wanted for the price that had been agreed upon. The manager came over and offered a fantastic deal for a car that was on the lot but not in the interior color we wanted, so we ended up leaving. Herb followed up with us, apologizing. He followed up again the next day asking if we had found what we wanted, and I informed him I put a deposit on one in transit. Herb informed me that the car I wanted had been brought to their lot and the Manager said that if we wanted it that day, he would give us that fantastic deal he was offering for the car we didn't want. Herb started the paperwork in advance to decrease our time at the dealership. We financed the minimum to get the discount included in the managers offer. We met with Bintu in finance and she was great. Her manager was able to find a discount for an additional warranty (on the electronic components). Bintu was very pleasant and helpful and our experience with her was wonderful. Our experience with Herb was also wonderful. I am pretty sure the initial salesperson we spoke with was terminated, and I imagine it was due to making promises that more experienced salespeople would never have made. Herb was definitely looking out for us and we LOVE our new car!

A great honest dealership. Car dealers and car deals are often pain points in people's lives. People are wary of shady dealers who fight you tooth and nail through gamesmanship and the thousands of add-ons that they lure you into. heritage Hyundai Towson was excellent from start to finish. They were communicative, honest, and direct. They honored their phone quote, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Dexter White, our incredible salesperson was also a true professional from start to finish. 10/10

We had a tremendously positive experience with Elissa Doell. Even though she is relatively new to Hyundai, she was very personable, authentic, and knowledgeable. she guided us through the leasing process of a new Hyundai ionic EV, and was incredibly patient as we test drove three different times before making a decision. what I value most, and Elissa had in abundance, is honesty, lack of pushiness, and knowing when to ask others for information to be sure she gets us the best service. We felt like we had made a friend in the process that is usually incredibly stressful.
