The sales team was fine.

The sales team was fine. The finance person was a lazy lying woman who blatantly lied to me and who would say anything to close the sale. I would not recommend Heritage.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent car purchase at this Hyundai dealership. This dealership is truly 5 Star! Stan G. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I am Tesla guys and wanted to convince my wife to get the Tesla Model Y but Stan was able to show us how good the 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 is that we ended up leasing it with the intention of purchasing it after the lease. We are thrilled with our new Hyundai Ioniq 5 and look forward to returning for future service needs. Thank you again for the exceptional experience Stan, you're the best! Rudy Lim

Tom is top tier in my opinion.

Tom is top tier in my opinion. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful and responsive. After researching and test driving several vehicles, we knew that we were looking for an Ionic5 and had been to several dealerships ( some with no haggle pricing) but we did not have a good feeling about the bottom line. I looked online and found that Heritage had several Ionic5’s in stock. We drove to Towson and had the great fortune of finding the right dealer and precisely the right salesperson Tom Hamme. I believe it takes a great dealer to employ great people. Tom worked patiently with us to get the right car at the right price. Do yourself a great favor to get a winning team, work with Tom Hamme to hammer out your vehicle details. Then work with Demetria Jackson to help you navigate the paperwork. Tom Hamme and Demetria Jackson were absolutely amazing to work with, finding the right car at the right price and then getting through all the pages of the contract. We felt like we understood the process. I will definitely work with them again! I have already told my family, friends, neighbors and colleagues about the ease and straightforward approach to gettIng our car.

My third vehicle purchase from here and I have a bad

My third vehicle purchase from here and I have a bad taste in my mouth leftover. Felt like I was manipulated for a few bucks and I had to go out there several times to get my keys all right It feels like the sales person I was working with for years did not care once he sold me this last car I won’t be back for a forth or recommend to anyone

Jackie Coco was a super sales agent.

Jackie Coco was a super sales agent. I purchased a 2024 Ioniq 5 from him on Monday, 9/30. On Saturday, 9/28, I took a 40 test drive with Jack in the vehicle I wound up purchasing. Jack gave me an excellent walk through of the features of the Ioniq 5 before we left the lot. So, I was enough versed by the time we got on the road that taking a loop through city traffic and on the interstate really showed how the Ioniq was in a wide variety of driving conditions. I was interested in a different color that was supposed to available in a few.weeks and out a deposit on it Sunday. Monday, Jack called let me know the to-be-ordered vehicle had been reserved by someone in another city. He then put together a great deal for me on the vehicle that I'd test driven. It was a little pricier being AWD when I had wanted RWD. But with the extra discount Jack got for me, I got the AWD (which as a second motor and 100 more horsepower - so it's a beast) for pretty much the same price as the RWD. A final note, before I drive in the beautiful ioniq 5 limited Monday evening, Jack had me practice using every feature on the touch screen to manage all of the cars features, well over 30 settings, options, and minor adjustments. He was super patient and excellent teacher - very professional and pleasant and personable too. You can't go wrong buying from Jack. No tricks and very easy and pleasant to work with.
