SCAM, LIARS, fake Prices… Beware Buyers!
SCAM, LIARS, fake Prices… Beware Buyers! I saw a car I wanted online. Called the Dealer since I saw all the bad reviews and comments to confirm price and was lied too by everyone. Was told by a “Francesca” over the phone they only charge title, tax, registration and $175 doc fees and in reality this Stealership made me waste 3 hours from NJ to NY for no reason. They are a fraud all around beware! Car was listed on cars.com and their website for $57,558, when I got to see the car I saw a printed dealer made paper on front windshield with a price of $65,287 first Red Flag. 🚩 $7,729 price increase difference. Once I sat down the sells person gave me a xx explanation of $5,000 in extra feels that had no justification other than its prep and things that had to be done to the vehicle. They did nothing to the vehicle to prep since it needed 2 New Rear tires that where sun burnt, All disk rotors and pads had to be replaced , car was filthy dirty inside and out. Center console only opened half way. This was a used 2021 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG with 22,221 miles just in case anyone else is trying to get the same car. Their extra$5,000 in bogus fees was shown on an iPad that they didn’t let me take a picture of nor print the final price out for me. This Stealership needs to be looked into by the consumer department they are pure scammers. When asked to speak to “Stan” the Manager he too is on this scam and said its fees they had to prep the car which in reality they did none and couldn’t name one thing they fixed or prepped. As per CARFAX the original owner had it serviced at Mercedes before they took ownership and nothing was done at all by the dealer! Beware! They are all a joke, walk in looks like a normal dealer but these guys in fake suits are the biggest scam artist and liars. Will take this even higher and have them get investigated. No where did they ever list on their site or cars.com extra $7,000 in fees they do this to trick customers into coming into their Stealership. Read the reviews and do you’re research. Don’t fall for these type of crimes at this dealership.

Have the worse experience of my life, came in driving my
Have the worse experience of my life, came in driving my car, the car had small smell like coolant when started the car in the morning, but no problems driving or any other issues, the technician sent my car for a diagnostic & somehow they can’t tell if anything was wrong m, so they stated they need to tear the engine apart to see if there is anything else cause it pass all the leak check meaning nothing was leaking visible from the outside or under the car, well it takes the entire day and no one call me, so it’s almost the time to close the shop and i desire to call to get the status of the repair, well the tech keir picked up the phone, it said to hey you catch me out of the door I’m in my way out but, you need a new engine, so I said to him why is that you haven’t call me to tell me about since you had my car since 7:45am from the day before, and he reply I’m sorry man but can you come in in the morning so we can discuss the purchase of a new engine, so the next day I come in to find out the inside the engine block there s a part of the engine broken but the part that apparently connects to it that supposedly broke the engine is made of plastic and it’s not broken, so I asked him how can this plastic pin holder complete broke the hole on the engine block but this plastic is still intact and the car wasn’t making any sounds or rattling when I came in, well he said this is broken and we can even replaced you need to purchase a new engine for a total of$ 15,685.12 plus tax, mean while I can even move my car cause they have the engine tear apart, so I tell them I’ll check somewhere else for a better price and they response to my was that I must pay $1634.00 to them to get my car out of the shop the way it was supposed ith the engine tear apart unable to start and I must towed or pay $3,000 plus tax for them to put my engine back together but my car can be driven cause the engine is now broken, so I came in to this shop with my car driving while with just a small smell like coolant that it happened just once and ended up paying them $1632,80 just to drag push my car to the street for me to try to find a tow truck to find another shop to get my car rebuilt, and not shop is willing to work on my car now that the engine is wide open tear apart, no mechanic wants to assume the responsibility to work on it, and on top of that when they was pushing my car out of the shop they ripped tear broke my rear bumper since you can’t drive the car they usually have this machine that pushes or drags the cars from the shop to the backyard parking lot which is a very long way, so they broke my rear bumper ,I spoked with keir also to the person at the front that usually record all cars coming in with a camera to check the video, cause I also see it with my own eyes while they were doing it, but keir when to get the manager (Jose) but Jose never came, according to keir he was busy at a zoom meeting, but I waited there for over 45 minutes for him while the guys were loading all the engines piece into the car trunk but Jose which it was supposed to be the manager that is on charge of approving the damage he was supposed to come to check but never came, keir then told me that Jose will look at the video and get back to me, but I’m still waiting, Thanks

I was happy when leaving because I thought the AC was
I was happy when leaving because I thought the AC was fixed, but after a couple of hours, it was still blowing hot air. I am disappointed because I was charged $2,924.60, which I had gladly paid to get my car back. I will take my car to some place else.
