This dealership keeps putting up a vehicle on their
This dealership keeps putting up a vehicle on their website but when asked to purchase it they either say the vehicle isn't available or want to add extraordinary extra charges to the online sale price. I had the misfortune of dealing with this dealership on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring they had advertised online. I talked to several sales representative and managers about this vehicle. I finally got a out the door price from a sales Manager Tommy but he then made it so I couldn't contact him. Then when I finally got ahold of him. I was informed the vehicle had a deposit and ready for it sale. A week later the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring was listed on their site. I called and was told there was still a deposit on it but they put it on their website regardless of customer purchasing. He then told me it can take up to two weeks for financing to get finished. Also this 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Eternal Blue Mica color has been on the website for months and keeps disappearing and reappearing. When trying to talk to a sales representative or manager they again tell me the vehicle isn't for sale or other excuses.

My salesman was Sabatian and he was respectful and knowledgeable and helped me out every step of the way. I was approved for a beautiful car. The financial agent was also a very nice man and made my visit to Eastchester a very pleasant experience. I will be telling my friends and family about my Eastchester experience and incourage them to go to Eastchester for a good quality automobile. This is the worst experience I ever had as a client in
This is the worst experience I ever had as a client in any retailer store. 3 days talking on the phone with different people about a car lease, all of them absolutely unprepared and when I finally gave up of buying the car, they seemed relieved ! These guys are a joke. Run away from them ! I’m still waiting to receive the refund of my $500 deposit. Update : Was just informed by PalPal that the refund was issued but not completed, because there were no funds on the issuer account. These guys are crooks !

This dealership was one of the best dealership I went to, because they weren’t rushing you to choose a car. They allow me to take my time and check out different car until I found the right fit. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My sales person was Joseph, he explained and breakdown everything I need to know about my car … he was also very patient with me as well… also he checked up on me after my purchase
