McDonald's rocks!

In and out in less than an hour with an oil change and well-baby check up for my Mazda CX-5. Nice comfy area to wait in and Jayme was very friendly and efficient. Mcdonald's Mazda RoCkS!

Great service, pleasure to deal with

I was not 'pounced' upon arriving. David answered questions and had the manager James explain anything I had additional questions about. Jacob also did a great job explaing the last details before handing the keys over. Thanks to those three, my experience there was very pleasent!

Great customer service, competent and efficient

I was greeted by Jayme Hartmann, a very personable and communicative Service Advisor. A Service Tech was immediately available to ride along with me while I described an issue my car was having. The entire experience was quick, efficient and pleasant.

Excellent Service Every Time!

My car had to be towed in - the service department was very busy - unsure if they would get to it - which meant I would be without a car over the weekend- They diagnosed and repaired I had my car that day. Excellent Service. Wonderful service adviser - this service department is provides excellent service to their customers. Always above & beyond expectatations!
