Service was quick . Person checking me in was very courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions. Had no contact with the person doing the work (didn't need it) but thought the work was done as it should have been done.

My dad's new Chevy Colorado has broke down 6 times now.
My dad's new Chevy Colorado has broke down 6 times now. Each time the service department keeps it for a month. After a month they reset the computer and recharge the battery. My dad worked at general motors for 35 years. Spent 57 thousand on this Colorado that's been in the shop more than he's drove it.

Never ever go here
Most horrible experience in my life took my car in to get a front end alignment done and they put lock thread on my oil pan bolt and screwed my bolt in as tight as they possibly could now I can't get it out and I have to get a new oil pan but they have no clue about it the vehicle keeps going out of alignment but it's because of the s***** roads we drive on it couldn't be because something else is wrong with the vehicle they don't have the time to look into that instead of tires I bought got run because of the alignment was promised they would be replaced and was not the two free oil changes was a joke how do I know I marked on the oil filter with a black marker and it was still on there after both oil changes when you bring it to their attention you're just lying to them their shop would never do that it's just been money pit after money pit with this place and the rudeness and disrespect from the workers is horrible let the voicemail with the manager still haven't heard anything a month and a half later I'm giving up all hope on it I guess the rest of my manufacturer warranty I have they can just shove up their xxx I'll never take my vehicle in there and let them screw it up again.

Service Appointments
Trying to get your vehicle in for service around your work schedule is absolutely terrible, even for just an oil change. Don’t use the online scheduling through GM on the Chevy app because although it provides you with dates and times, then once completed it’s says your appointment is set. Someone from the service department will call you and inform you they don’t have appointments available until XYZ. The online scheduling is just a “request”! Not when it tells the customers your appointment is all set!!! Then why is the online scheduling an option?!?!?!?!?!? Oh and if your going to wait for your vehicle you can get told we don’t have appointments for waiting until XYZ dates! Why is there a difference in appointments if I’m dropping off or waiting?!?! Extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware of this dealership. They are complete scam artists! Jamie is horrible ! He agreed on a sale price of $21,000 and even went as far as to show an official document. Then did a bait and switch because the sale price was marketed up. Kevin in the Financial department took over where Jamie left. He didn’t explain any of the financing terms and actively tried to prevent the contract from being read and just said “sign”. After these discrepancies were found, this was brought to the attention of the finance manager Ray Payán. He took the time to gaslight the situation and claim that they didn’t exist, even after it was pointed out that the numbers weren’t adding up. He finally admitted to it after I kept pressing him about it and he promised he would refund the difference of the discrepancy. I just found out that he never did that either. These people are proven, liars. Please stay away, I’d hate for one more person to get taken advantage of and scammed. They literally didn’t do anything they promised. STAY AWAY ! Do yourself a favor !
