My service adviser was great and communicated well. The service itself was decent as far as time it took to complete my oil change and tire rotation. But for the life of me I couldn't figure out why they didn't check air pressures on my tires when they rotated them. All 4 tires were different and as much as 8 psi in difference. Isn't that a standard deal to check?

I came to the dealership to look for a new vehicle vehicles during the upside down sale. I was greeted by Jamie who had an amazing personality. I bought a new silverado high country last August from McCarthy. The salesman used all kinds of high pressure sales tactics to sell me different dent repair warranties and told me I had two free oil changes on McCarthy and one free from chevy. The salesman quit a couple weeks after I bought the truck. When I call McCarthy they say I have no free oil changes or the dent repair I paid $1500 for. It was really a terrible experience working with them and I want others to know.

Service was quick . Person checking me in was very courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions. Had no contact with the person doing the work (didn't need it) but thought the work was done as it should have been done.

My dad's new Chevy Colorado has broke down 6 times now. Each time the service department keeps it for a month. After a month they reset the computer and recharge the battery. My dad worked at general motors for 35 years. Spent 57 thousand on this Colorado that's been in the shop more than he's drove it.
