Car shopping should be fun, but let’s be honest, it’s not. Not usually at least! Shopping with Mr. Shawn Langley at Ed Morse Alfa Romeo Fiat was exactly the experience I needed. I knew exactly what I was looking for & he was able to get me the keys to my dream truck. After visiting multiple dealerships that claimed to have the truck I wanted and being let down because of their false advertising, I was ecstatic that the listing online for my truck was truthful to a T. Shout out to Ed Morse! On top of it all, Shawn was not only the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met, he made the experience fun! During our test drive he showed me all the bells and whistles and he wasn’t pushy at all, it felt like I was driving an old friend around town! He was also patient with my busy work schedule and denied other customers from buying it out from under me while I was working. In the end, we were able to negotiate a deal that made sense for all of us. After closing the deal, I had an issue with my navigation, & he followed through in helping me get it addressed and even put me in a beautiful Alfa Romeo loaner until he personally delivered my truck back to me over an hour drive away, and with a new set of spare keys! Worked with several local dealers and the experience was less than ideal.
