Sal the owner of this establishment is the WORSE person. He cut me off when I spoke, he told me to basically buy his car or buy it somewhere else. He was unwilling to negotiate and put $4000 worth of fees on a used car. The mandatory fees are one thing but the optional fees (Document, Destination fee - even though I was getting the car transported and told them this from the very beginning, and market fee- this is a fee dealerships add just because they want more money on top of the sales price for the car)Then tried to tell me about the new tariffs even though this used car has NOTHING to do with the tariffs. Unfortunately the nice women here could not do their jobs without Sal’s approval and he is relentless, and unfair. Please save your time and money and do not come here. Website prices are not the true prices!

Extra high interest rates because they get kickbacks on the loans -- yep, that too! Do not go to this dealership unless you too are a conniving shark. Sal is a terrible person and I know exactly where he's going when his time on earth is done.

WARNING STAY AWAY!
WARNING STAY AWAY! We had a TERRIBLE experience at Payless Car Sales. They sold us an extremely broken car that couldn't even pass inspection! The day we test drove the car "service engine" light came on. We told them we WOULD NOT purchase the car with that light on. They took it into the shop, and guess what? They came back and told us it was a loose wire! For those who don't know, that's the oldest trick in the book. We decided to go through with the sale since the light didn't come back on after driving it again. BUT... The VERY NEXT DAY, the car broke down less than a mile from our house. It went into "limp mode". We almost got killed in the process but we did get it home. I tried to call them on the phone and when I spoke to Charlie, he put me on hold for 17 minutes until the call got disconnected (he hung up). I tried to call back only to be put on hold again and hung up on again. So we got in our main vehicle and drove there. That's when Mike took over and started taking care of us. At first, Mike seemed very friendly and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. He came to our house and drove the car (in limp mode mind you) back to the shop. They said all that was wrong was the mass air flow so they replaced it. I asked for a print out/documentation of what was wrong with the car and what was fixed. I was text a picture of the receipt for a part from Auto Zone. A few days later we took it to our mechanic to get it looked at fully and get a few small things done (wheel alignment/headlight adjustment). That's when the bomb dropped! They sold us a car that had 3 major codes showing ALL of which would prevent the car from getting inspected which we had to do when we got the plates. It needed a brand new turbo system!!!! And that didn't include all the other minor things that had to be fixed. This cost us close to $6,000! That's almost as much as we paid for it! We called them and after hanging up on me twice, just like Charlie, Mike refused to help us if we weren't willing to let them do the work. We weren't willing to do that because frankly, we don't trust them! They sold us the car with these codes showing knowing very well we couldn't pass inspection. Then when we did give it to them to fix, they put a broken air flow sensor in the car which only made the whole situation worse! Ohhh also, the car had a completely shattered headlight and the back tires were dry-rotted. They were over 9 years old. These are the kinds of cars they are selling in their lot. All Mike offered us in exchange for all of this is a pair of tires! That's it. We weren't letting them touch the car so they refused to help. DO NOT buy a car there, DO NOT trust them, and DO NOT let them do any service to your vehicle. They should not be trusted and are a stain on the community due to their dishonesty and shady sales tactics. We aren't rich by any means. We had to save to get this car and this is how we got treated. They told us we had 30 days to return the car but every single time we brought it up they pushed us to just let them fix it even though we asked more than a few times for our money back and even went down there and demanded it. They didn't respect or honor that. Please don't make the same mistake we did. I wish I was leaving a positive review and saying wonderful things. I'm not the kind of person that gets enjoyment out of saying negative things about someone but it's my responsibility to share my experience with other members of the community. If I can help someone save their money who had to work as hard as we did for it, then mission accomplished!

junk cars with shady financing deals ,
shady as it can be , cars are junk. I got taken by a $2 salesmen with a big mouth. They add a warranty into the contract , covers nothing and your paying for it, financing is under the table , the bank wants a down payment is BS!!
