The idea of going through the exhausting, frustrating & demanding pressures of trying to work with car salesmen and slick dealerships has kept my husband & I from bothering to look for a new car for me for years. Putting up with an older car having to get more & more repairs was just easier. Seriously, how ridiculous does that sound in today's age of better business models & customer oriented practices? We just never thought that growth would come to the car industry in the shape of a small, joyous woman named Anna Sidiropoulos at Patrick Mini. From the moment we started speaking with her we knew that the industry was changing and like a caterpillar into a butterfly our battle armor slowly shed and years of the bad reputation dealers & salesmen earned began to be wiped away. Can I pinpoint exactly how Anna accomplished this? Probably not. It isn't anything calculating & studied. Her honesy and genuine openness made us feel as if we were shopping alongside a sister or a close friend. An extremely knowledgeable sister or close friend who had our needs and wants in the forefront. Her expertise about every aspect of Mini Coopers & her passion for the car became something we could trust in her rather then suspect. I wasn't sold on the idea of buying a Mini Cooper when we entered the showroom, I was there to gather information and get out. But after spending some time in the refreshing new atmosphere of no pressure and interacting with Anna Sidiropoulos, we knew we wanted to buy a car from her because this was an experience like none other and we weren't about to go down the street and bring our business anywhere else. Walk away & back into the arena of car salesmen that haven't changed and feel like bait as we walk a lot full of cars? Nope. Buying a car doesn't have to be that way & shouldn't be that way! Anna at Patrick Mini offers a completely different shopping experience. One of no pressure, helpful knowledge & expertise along with a simple pricing structure where she is your advocate not your rival. Honestly everyone. Just TRY this place. Meet Anna Sidiropoulos and experience it yourself. You'll never go back to the "battle barter arena" - instead you will be treated with honesty, integrity and respect. I just wish all dealerships & car salesmen were like this, and hopefully one day they will be.
