I really want to thank the guys in the service center for restoring my Mini Cooper. We have had it for 15 years. I love this car and it has a roof rack for my kayak that is exactly the same length as the car. We took it in for routine service and they found extensive rust in the undercarriage of front. After looking at what was available we decide to repair our beloved Mini. The service center was so cooperative and did a fantastic job of fixing the car and tightening up the entire car. Thanks so much.

A nightmare experience dealing with service clerks who need improved people and communication skills. “Not our fault” was their typical response to “How can we get this sorted?” They’re defensive and lack the breadth of experience needed to come up with solutions. They could learn from their peers at Patrick BMW, where the service is excellent. Won’t buy another Mini product from Patrick Mini.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever received. I have bought very high end cars in the past and I mean high end. I needed a get around second car and decided on a Mini Cooper. I had been to two other dealerships before I came to Patrick. From the time I walked in to my sales person calling me the next day to check on me the experience was awesome. First service on my new to me 2017 Clubman. I have owned many cars in my life and all but this one has been brand new. I have only had my cars serviced at the dealers I have purchased them from. This is my first Mini, and although I was looking for new, I found one with everything that I wanted, but could not afford new from another dealer. After I purchased it, I stopped in to Patrick Mini to find out what service I would need and wanted to have Mini on my license plate instead of the other Non Mini dealership. Brad Smith was fantastic. He sat down with me and helped to go over what info and service was done on my car previously by the past owner. Fast forward to today for my first maintenance appt. Brad again was there and went above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, detailed and professional. Thank you Brad.
