Wonderful people, great deals

My salesman was Matt Green and he was WONDERFUL. I told him what I wanted and my price range and he didn't stop until he got me what/where I wanted to be. If you need to buy a car make sure you stop by Baugh for them to help you with your needs!

Gray Oil Change Service

Bought a truck from Baugh in July, second straight oil change at Baugh after purchase. Great service, customer service manager always explains options well. Also goes over final results with me as well. I'm not mechanically inclined but he spells if out for me in common terms. Great service department, great dealership!

good service

I love ford cars and I have always love going to a ford dealership. I have a 2002 Crown Victoria I have had it for 3 years now. If I need a oil change or any repairs I go to ford. I never had a problem with baugh ford dealership.

Great Service on my F-150

I could not be happier with the service I recieved on my truck. It had been running running really bad and I was told by another local shop I needed an engine. I took my vehicle here to get a second opinion and spoke with the Service Manager. After about 1.5 hour and just under $200 total my truck is fixed and running like new. I will be having ALL of my service work done here from now on, they have a knowledgeable and friendly staff along with fair prices.

This is the ONLY place I take my car for Service

I have always recieved great service at Baugh Ford. From Chris the Service Manager, Ronnie the Service Desk guy, the Mechanic who fixes it, all the way to the man who washes my car and brings it to me, everyone is always very friendly. The prices are fair, and I know my vehicle is going to be fixed when I get it back. I drive past other dealerships to get to Baugh Ford.

Bad experience with your Service Department

It took from 8:30am to 3:00pm to get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. Tires were rotated but not balanced. After paying this dealer $1200.00 for this set of tires it makes sense to me that you would want to take better care of your customers and what you did here! Needless to say my next set of tires will not be purchased from this dealer nor my next service. In other words I will not be returning to this dealership for myself nor anyone else in my family. I have trusted this dealership with all of my vehicles, my wife's and my daughters to receive the best service possible and how did that work out for me?

WHEN MR. SASSER PICKED UP HIS VEHICLE IT WAS NOTED THAT THE TIRES HAD BEEN ROTATED AND NOT BALANCED. AS A DEALERSHIP WE FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED TIRE POLICY FROM THE TIRE MANUFACTURES. WE ALSO OFFER A LIFETIME ROTATION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A FULL SET OF TIRES. TIRE MANUFACTURES RECOMMEND ROTATION OF TIRES AT 6000 MILE INTERVALS WITH A BALANCE AT 30000 OF IF THERE IS A VIBRATION PRESENT, NEITHER OF THESE WERE PRESENT ON THIS VEHICLE. WE ALSO OFFERED TO PERFORM A FREE TIRE BALANCE FOR MR. SASSER IMMEDIATELY OR AT HIS NEXT VISIT TO SATISFY HIS CONCERN. WE ALSO NOTED THE VEHICLE WAS DROPPED OF WITH THE INTENTION OF LEAVING IT FOR THE DAY AND TO BE PICKED UP LATE AFTERNOON, IF WE HAD KNOWN THE WAS AN ISSUE WITH TIME WE WOULD HAVE HAPPILY ADDRESSED THAT ALSO. WE HAVE SENT MR. SASSER A LETTER ADDRESSING THESE ISSUES WITH A COUPON FOR THE FREE TIRE BALANCE.

Great Time, Love Ford Trucks.

My salesman was Randal and he was very helpful when I purchased my new ford truck. He was very knowlegable about the product, and helpful with information on the how to purchase the truck. I would recommend Randal to anyone who needs to purchase a vehical. I very pleased with my visit to Baugh Ford.
