Alberto is a great salesman. This dealership has lots of inventory, unlike others. The office is comfortable and the experience felt good and non pushy.

Terrible Experience
I fell in love with a car that the dealership had on sale for $12k. After what I thought was fair negotiation, they took the price down a bit for me. Later, I see that the exact same car is announced, for $9k. I was understandably upset about the lack of transparency. I honestly wonder if the dealers are personally incentivized to sell a car for as expensive as possible, by any means necessary.

Lies to Women
If you are a woman and you would like to be lied to, go to Orem Mazda. They love to lie to women. If you do not know a lot about cars, they will absolutely take advantage of you.

Wonderful, Friendly, and Attentive
The folks at Orem Mazda were very helpful!! I felt comfortable and well attended during my buying process. They really paid attention to making my experience feel personal and important. Tim Miller was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love my new Mazda CX-5!!! The Stormtrooper :)

WORST PLACE EVER
Stay away from this place, unless you like a good old car dealer scammy treatment, if you like it, talk to Jared White. They are ready to take your money and they dont care about you. If you leave a bad review they will do all they can to take it down.

Added Fees
I purchased a vehicle online from Orem Mazda. I had spoken to a number of other dealers and thir document fee was $199-$299. Someone told me the State of Utah had established a document fee of $299. Orem Mazda charges $349 for some reason. When I questioned this I was told that it was their fee. Then I was told that there was an additional charge for a service called "Shadowmark Theft Recovery" and the charge was $297. I told them I did not need this service but they insisted that it was already on the vehicle and could not be changed. When I got the document for the "Shadowmark Theft Recovery" it clearly states: "Purchase of this product is optional, and is not required in order to finance, lease, or purchase a motor vehicle." When I asked again to have it removed I was told that it applied to the State of Utah, not Orem Mazda. I don't understand. If I could I would return the vehicle and go somewhere else.

Worst Dealership ever
Jared white sold me a car 3 thousand sollars more expensive than it was announced on their website. Chip, his manager, asked me to go to the office after a bad google review. The conversation was worst than my experience with Jared, he was saying how amazing Jared was (probably because he sold a car 3k more than the price, what a great. Not disonest employee). He also spent some time trying to convince me to take my google review down, he also asked me to prove I saw the price on the website, basically thinking I was trying to scam him. He also tried to convincd me how they had two different systems, therefore, Jared saw a price on his application and the costumers would see another pricd on the website. Like they do not have a backend with all of their storage in one place. When I told that to him, he laughed and showed me two different frontend applications thinking he was super smart lol

Best dealership EVER
I have bought many cars, from many dealerships in my life, but I have NEVER had such an all around AMAZING experience as I had with Brayden, Jared and Jesse at Orem Mazda!!! They worked their butts off to get my son his first car. And they did so knowing they weren't going to be making very much off of that car (because they lowered the price so drastically). They were 100% honest and upfront, and kept up great communication thought out the entire process. There were never any smoke and mirrors, half answered questions and absolutely no BS. They gave us ALL the info we needed and explained everything to my son in such great detail! We were there 5 hours, due to hold ups with my sons bank, and the 3 of them made it a fun, comfortable and pleasant experience. They never pressured us in any way and went above and beyond to get us the car. They never treated me like I was an idiot (most dealerships have because I'm a woman, and therefore could never know a thing about cars!). The car was in incredible condition, they provide a detailed 120 point inspection and imaculate carfax, and they offered great incentives and deals on extra coverages. I'm so highly impressed with them and the experience & service they provided. I wish every dealership operated the way they do! Thanks so much guys! Y'all are the BEST!

Ask for Nate
Worked with Nate Speer and he was great. The Sales Manager will Nickle and Dime you to death and won't budge. Plan on paying MSRP. Besides the Sales Manager everything was great and smooth process. Nate explains everything on the new vehicle and all features. I have bought new vehicles from both Bountiful and Orem Mazda. Bountiful Mazda's Service department Manager is terrible and Orem Mazda's is great. Bountiful Mazda's Sales manager is great and Orem Mazda's is not. So take your pick. But the Mazda vehicle is great and you can't get a better sales person to deal with than Nate Speer. So if you go to Orem Mazda ask for Nate Speer.

Will this nightmare ever end...
My experience has been one mistake after another from Orem Mazda. I started this nightmare in February 2017 and it still continues. Prior to me purchasing (and repurchasing) my Kia Soul. The sales agent Taylor was great texting and email me several times a day answering questions. I walk through the door he doesn't even greet me but hands me off to another sales person, Little Wayne, who is fabulous! I brought my own financing pre-approved. I knew what car I wanted. I needed a test drive and someone to complete my paperwork. I was promised free car washes for life, jokes for life (which I have only gotten one the day I showed up) and a $200.00 gas card. I never received info about the gas card in my email because Orem Mazda submitted the wrong address. I tried multiple times to get Taylor to respond and finally he sends a phone number and tells me he can't do anything. I call the other company to find out my offer had expired but the other company bent over backwards to help and got me the card. Then I think it's all done. I call Taylor because my paper license plate was expiring Taylor was always busy when my plate was expired I finally I asked to speak with management. They gave me another paper license plate. A few days later I hear from my finance company saying they aren't going to carry my loan. Through numerous people I found out that they contacted Orem Mazda serveral times with no response so they figured I financed with someone else. I contacted Orem Mazda and they blamed the finance company and a change in banks. They finally fixed the financing. I had funding before I walked in the dealership so there would be no issues. I ended up having to re-sign all my documents. There are more details of broken promises between signings. I talked about just giving the car back but Josh Hawks told me the dealership would eat up my 2500.00 down because I had the car for two months. I could have rented a Porsche for that price. Time goes on... I think everything is good. Nope! My second paper license plate expires today. I called yesterday to find out the accounting department barely submitted my stuff to the DVM. She promised by the end of yesterday I'd have my plates. I called back she'd left for the day with our contacting me. Talked with Josh again. He said he'd find out what happened and call me right back. He didn't... I called today. He promised I'd have them today. We'll see. This company's communication is horrible at best. Many people I've talked with since purchasing my car have given similar stories from this dealership. A couple positives. Little Wayne was great answered questions and was very helpful. And Monte in service was Amazing!!! He fixed a window issue quickly and helped fix an oil problem. Great customer service from these two. Some other dealership should go scout these two people to work for them. Buyer beware.
