Stay away from this dealership! The sales team is disrespectful! Today I had the worst experience of my life with a car salesman! First of all, they changed the price from the one listed. Then they said if I don't like it, I have 5 minutes to leave, otherwise they will call the police to take me off the property. Such salesmen have no business being in such positions. I will definitely give my money to another dealer who knows how to respect customers!

The salesperson was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even speaking to me. They had a "take it or leave it" attitude, refusing to negotiate on price despite market comparisons showing their pricing was unreasonable. The manager was no better—condescending and completely unwilling to work with me. Instead of trying to earn my business, they acted like they didn’t care whether I bought a car or not. Your team had every opportunity to address my concerns in person—instead, I was met with arrogance, refusal to negotiate, and condescending attitudes from both the salesperson and manager. If you truly value customer satisfaction, you’ll take concrete steps to train your staff on basic courtesy and fair pricing practices. We had purchased a 2025 GMC 3500 Denali brand new.
We had purchased a 2025 GMC 3500 Denali brand new. Upon delivery it only came with one key dealership was supposed to get me a second key never did. I was also supposed to get the paperwork for the registration as soon as my check cleared, I did not receive the paperwork until 10 days after the check cleared. There was an overpayment on the vehicle. I was supposed to get a $500 refund. got that three weeks later. Reached out to the dealership several times to speak with a manager they never call back.

They’re not gonna lose the time for the Customer. They are not about making a customer happy as long as they’re happy that’s all it matters. They never return my calls, and then when I walk to the dealership came to realize there’s nobody in the lobby there’s no customers but one actual customer sales manager finance manager they are the same none of them try to make it better make the situation better even after you put a review they’re gonna try to write something back saying that I’ll try to reach out to me so I can so you can talk to none of them. Try to fix nothing. I regret doing business with them as a black person, they treat me wrong. They treat people wrong
