    I purchased a brand new Acadia from preferred just over 6 months ago and one of the key fobs was bad. I called the service dept to set up an appt and have... them check it out (my appt was set for 4pm, I work 8-5, so I was leaving work early for the appt) I was told the overall appt would last 30-45 minutes so even if I was late, it wouldn't be issue. I got there at about 4:15 for my appt and the service advisor told me they couldn't look at my car/run the tests on my key fobs. I asked why and he said they didn't have enough time. At first I thought ok, my fault, I ran late, but then he proceeded to tell me that even if I was on time, they still wouldn't have looked at my car because the tests they needed to run take close to 2.5 hours! Wait- What! Needless to say, I was fairly irritated that they let me set the appointment for 4pm and then no one bothered to call me to say hey you need to reschedule because a 4pm appt isn't enough time for this particular job. The service advisor showed no empathy and clearly didn't care about the time I had taken to head there as he didn't offer any type of apology. So I made an appointment for 2 weeks later and called the GM as I felt it was poor service on their end....The GM ended up calling me back and apologized, and told me if I could brink my car back out (this was the next day) they would give me a loaner car to use while they run the necessary tests on my car on the following day. I said sure I would head back out and drop my car off. So the next day I'm at work and I get a call from someone saying there was a mix up and the car they loaned me was actually a car they sold- so they needed me to bring it back. I told them, sorry I was at work and was unable to bring them the car, but they could swap it out if they wanted.... They did. I went back later for my own car only to find out that they had to order a new key fob... At this point, I would not recommend them, they really don't care about you, your time, or your money... They simply care about themselves.

    Told my son 1350 for new shocks on a o4 Silverado. I asked them about the quote and dropped it to 800 what a joke!!! Asked the manager to call me. Never... did. Commission service salesman.

    Overfilled my truck over 2 quartz and now I'm leaking oil everywhere and they clam no responsibility for there action's just a bill to repair the leaks... they caused.

    Did my research and knew the value of my trade as well as fair market value of the suv I was interested in. Expected a fight to reach a fair deal. Robert... Corbett was are salesman and things went great. For the first time I walked out not thinking "what happened" but was pleased that the deal was so smooth with no regrets. Would highly recommend Mr. Corbett and Preferred Chevy of Grand Haven. 5 stars

    This is my 2nd used car purchase from Preferred. My sales rep. (Ryan Myers) was both professional & knowledgeable. Both the car buying process and the... delivery process were handled in an excellent manner. Ryan took the time to explain all of the features of the LaCrosse and answered all questions thoroughly. I won't hesitate to return to Preferred and Ryan in the future.
