I was on the way to the Pink concert when the weather
I was on the way to the Pink concert when the weather changed to a strong rainstorm. My windshield wiper motor died. I called Palmer Buick from the side of the highway and made the 5 mile drive in. I was shaken when I arrived but knew they could help me out. They did exactly that! It was a recall and another recall was also found by Palmer Buick! I was in the road and rolling in around an hour! They were kind, human, efficient and even made me feel a lot better. I made the concert and had a safe drive! Thank you Palmer Buick! My cousins and I are forever grateful!

I waited two and a half hours for an oil change and tire
I waited two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation - which is ridiculous. They need to do a better job of scheduling service appointments.
