Even though I decided to hold off purchasing a car for now, I want to give a shout out to Darrell James. Of all the car sales people I have dealt with over the last 5 years, Darrell showed, more than any other, a level of professionalism and a true willingness to help me find the best deal they could get me. I cannot remember any other sales person going to the lengths Darrell did. Definitely not the stereotypical sale person one thinks of when cringing at the thought of talking to someone at a dealership. When I do finally start looking again, Darrell will be the first person I reach out to. And I want to give credit to Palmen as a dealership for not mandating high pressure sales tactics. It is a refreshing change.

Great job , changed the oil on my Cadillac , washed it and vacuumed out, the only thing is I had an appointment at 930 but the car sat til 1030 before service started

I went in for an oil change as always Tim was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the department!!!

Service is always good and my appointment time was met. The inspection of the vehicle is really overboard.
