Novak Motors is amazing. I returned to Novak when it came time to trade in my Wrangler for a Grand Cherokee L for the extra seats. I showed up at 3pm on a Saturday and Scott and Gabe stayed over an hour late to help me finish the deal. Great customer service. Love the no haggle pricing and no fees.

We just purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 from them, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with (Jon, Greg and I can't remember the other gentleman's name). We went in Saturday afternoon and drove off with the truck Monday night. There was zero pressure from anyone, let alone Andy rudeness or attitude. They genuinely cared that we got what I was looking for and not push us to purchase something else. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a newer car. In fact, we most likely will be needing another car in the next year or two and will not hesitate going back there! And...the powertrain lifetime warranty the offer, at no additional cost, id a no-brainer!
