They brought to my attention that a vehicle with a tailored fit must encompass utility, with enough cargo space, decent ground clearance and be safe to drive on slick icy roads during the winter months, as well as having intangible properties such as good build quality, attractive design and fun to drive. I know that by choosing a higher trim level will get more standard features, and additional options will make a new SUV more luxurious and raise the final purchase price, but with the Jeep that I bought it has alot of features at trim levels that l want to own, and still be within the price parameters that are affordable. I must say I am a sucker for good customer service, but the service I recieved from Taylor Simmons was exceptional! After filling out papers on the internet he called me within seconds to schedule an appointment. Once a walked in the door nervous and a host of other issues, he quickly calmed me down and basically got down to business quiclky... as long as this guy is employed there, they will have business.

10 minutes after filling out my application on line I had an email and a phone call asking me my wants and needs and how could they help me. I explained my credit was bad and I doubted they could help..it's embarrassing to tell a stranger your problems.
