I was very happy with the car and price I bought of Mike at Lakeview resale. It was a very professional environment. Mike went above and beyond to help me find a car that fit my needs. I bought an 07 Ford Fusion SE. Drives like a dream and I got it for way below blue book value for that car. I'm glad I went there. I definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.

My husband and I went through Lakeview Resale to buy our first nice car. Our experience was incredible! Eric and Mike were fantastic to work with and made us feel valued and not just another number. The final price we payed for our "new" 2007 BMW x3 was great and was such a simple process compared to some of the horror stories we've heard about other dealers! My wife and I stopped at Lakeview Resale on the recommendation of our neighbor. We did not feel pressured in any way and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I asked the salesperson if we could take the Lincoln to our garage that normally does our work. Lakeview had no problem with this arrangement. We found a few small issues that needed to be fixed. Everything was taken care of as agreed and we bought the Lincoln MKZ. We were really impressed with this operation. The salesperson was friendly and not pushy. The finance representative was knowledgeable and did manage to arrange for us a better rate than our bank was offering and sold us a warranty that will cover the car the whole time we are making payments. The owner of Lakeview was also very visible and involved in the process. It really is a First Class operation. All of the vehicles on the lot were really nice. When we were asked to leave an review of our experience with Lakeview, we were more than happy to oblige. We will also recommend this dealer to our friends and neighbors. I just purchased my car from Lakeview and I love it. The customer service was amazing, they explained everything when buying my car and did not push me into buying it. Their prices are great on the vehicles they have and I didnt have to negotiate to get the price I felt was right.
