I purchased a vehicle from the staff at Lakeview Resale rescently. I am pleased with the customer service that I recieved as I didn't think I would be able to get a car. But the salesman [Mike Barr] did everything in his power to make sure it happened. The car i purchased has rather low miles on it for the year it is. I know that being a older vehicle sometimes they do have some issues, but anything that I have addressed to be a problem with the sales staff, service department and owner [Jerry[; they have all gone out of there way to make sure I was satisfied.

My experience at Lakeview Resale Auto was surprisingly great. I have been treated unfair at other dealers when I was in the market of buying a used car that fits my budget. I had a credit score well under 600, a charge-off from 5 years ago and I am a single mother of three whose only income is less than $11 per hour at fulltime. I walked onto Lakeview Auto with only $2100 for a down payment. Mike Barr kindly introduced his self and he was not pushy. He allowed me to look around, listened to my background and what I wanted, was friendly and said to pick out any 3-4 vehicles on the lot that I want to have and we?ll get one of them for you then he walked away giving me space to examine the lot. The staff did not act like vultures when I was browsing the vehicles. Mike Barr was very patient with me and hour later I got a vehicle out of my choices that I picked with a combination of car payments + insurance = less than a one bedroom apartment for rent and its only for 5 years. I advise anybody to stop by and see what the staff at Lakeview auto can do for you. I was surprised they could help me and I know that they can help you at a very reasonable, affordable price that fits your special budget......Excellent

I would like to thank Lakeview for the "down to Earth" atmosphere they keep. That is not to say they were not professional. I also didn't feel any apprehension at all when dealing with them. My salesman was Mike Barr. He listened to what must have seemed like a list of demands and delivered very well on most of it. We made several agreements as part of my purchase and they KEPT their promises. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my associates and family. I never stopped feeling like I was the most important person in the building an that was the greatest example of what customer service should be. Lakeview Resale is my car dealer for now on. They get the job done and did it with class.
