Made a 3 hour drive to visit James (owner) to check out a car I had had my eye on. Was running very late due to previous engagements throughout the day, but kept in touch with him on the drive over, and he was still there waiting for me an hour after closing. The vehicle I wanted was a previous salvage, and he let me look over every nook and cranny of the car. He also showed me photos of the damage that had been done previously, and thoroughly explained the repair work that was done. The car was virtually immaculate inside and out. After taking it on a test drive, we made a quick and painless deal, and I came away VERY happy. James works very hard, and it very proud of the work he does. Very easy to get along with, and fun to talk to. Absolutely NO pressure at all. I definitely recommend him. Keep up the great work!

After seeing an auto that I was interested for my daughter, attending University of Nebraska, on cars.com, we drove to Pacific Auto to check it out. The vehicle we were originally interested in, we decided against. James, the owner, showed us what he perceived to be the best value vehicle on his lot for our price range. Cars were high quality and the price we settled on was fair for both parties. He let me take the vehicle to my mechanic to get a full run through. I found the owner to be extremely helpful, he has high moral foundation so I knew he wasn't going to take advantage of me. I would not only recommend this dealership I am going to send my family there. Will not buy from anyone else from now on.

I just recently bought a Subaru Legacy from James. In my experience he treats customers like close family. James was absolutely great. I live in omaha but had spotted a few vehicles on the Web site that looked good, so I called ahead and let him know I'd like to stop in. He let me take a CR-V to a friend's mechanic for a pre purchase inspection, and was incredibly helpful and informative about the vehicles past and any repairs he had done, with no pressure.
