Will treat you like crap as soon as you drive off

They are super nice and attentive when you are purchasing but treat you like crap afterwards. Bought my sons first car from this place a week later had to get the wheel fixed (was shaky at certain speeds), had to get brakes all around, two weeks later the front light fell out on the highway and scraped up the paint on its way. They had no empathy and blamed us for the scratches on the paint. Two days later... the back window gets stuck. I left messages for both Mary and Bill and guess what? No response... hope Mary enjoys that bonus she got when she pressured us into buying this car. So far the issues are minor but you would expect different treatment within 30 days of purchase from a company behind the name Jay Wolfe. My advice: save yourself a headache.

Had great experience with sales lady very helpful. Lou...

Had great experience with sales lady very helpful. Lou in financing very helpful. Car broke down 2 days after we bought it we got it going. Broke down again in a week. It was under warranty but had to pay 400 to have it towed up to them so just had it fixed ourselves. They was suppose to mail title to us and never did. Last day we had to drive hour and half to dealership to pick it up. Plus we had to get new inspection sticker since one that they gave us was expired. When we called about it (Kimberly) got short and crabby with me about it said it was our fault. Explained to her what went on and pretty much got rude about it. My wife took off work to go up there and she got short with her. I called to make a complaint but pretty much lou wasn't going to do anything either so we writing a written com[plaint to head of company. We also had trouble with paperwork with the finance company because they didn't have paperwork right. Do not recommend going here once you pay you mean nothing. They did give us a 25 gift card. Didn't even cover the gas. Go elsewhere and don't deal with kim.
