Noticed a problem with brakes squealing a few days after purchasing a 2023 Tundra. Took it in was told the front brakes needed work, carfax stated back brakes had been serviced. Made the unfortunate assumption that front brakes were ok. They wanted to charge me 500.00 for a brake job. In addition chips in the windshield were supposed to have been filled accordingly to the salesman. Wrong. I took to Safeco and they filled the chips Having been in sales for 45 years, poor and unprofessional sales and follow up

I recently bought a 2020 Tundra for over $40k. The truck was low miles. The dealership claimed it was in good condition and had been locally owned. After purchasing the truck, I noticed rust on the frame of the vehicle. I inspected further, and found substantial rust on all the frame welds and undercarriage parts of the vehicle. I called the dealership back to ask about my options, because it was never mentioned that the truck contained rust, and the purchase price did not reflect the issues with the vehicle. The used car manager told me that the truck passed a safety inspection, so essentially it wasn't their problem. He told me I could bring my truck in for service, but I would have to pay them for any service rendered. Now the used car manager and the service manager won't answer my calls. I'm a big Toyota fan, but I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

We bought our 2nd Tacoma from Joey C, got the 1st one in September 2024. I highly recommend this salesman and dealership, so much better than either of the dealerships in St. Tammany Parish. If you are looking for a great deal with no xx and excellent service after the sale this is the place!!!

The worst ever….after promises of a vehicle for 3 weeks…..never got a car! Either inept or dishonest, not sure but now just hoping to get my refund returned! Charlie and Ryan could not produce a car within time quoted……not even close

Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and helpful!! No one rushed us and made us feel important.
