Beware beware beware when buying one of their vehicle have it checked out really really really good I bought a Mercedes from them the day after I drove it off there lot things started to break then every week after that I traded a car off they gave me 4500 plus I gave them 1500 cash down made 4 or 5 car payments at 400 a month lost it all for a car that they new was no good

They contacted me immediately and we had a good conversation. I asked to have the car shipped to CA, which they said they could arrange. I've pinged them a couple of times and no real response. I'm moving on to looking at other cars.

I had spoken with a salesperson regarding a vehicle and he stated he would get back in touch with me. I never heard from him. I called back to inquire on the same vehicle and he stated was still available. I asked for information on the car and he said would send me more pics....which he never did. I live 2 1/2 hours away and informed him that I did but would be driving up because we were pretty serious about purchasing the car as long as it was in as good a shape as it appeared to be. Called before we left to make sure the car was there, got there and found the car had been sold 30 minutes before we arrived, no phone call no anything to let me know that had happened. Thanks for nothing.

I found a used car on Cars.com which was located at Cross Pointe in Amarillo. Asked some specific info which I didn't get answers to, i.e., availability, and pricing. Instead for about a week plus, I received marketing emails from them referencing sedan availability even though I had specified SUV or MiniVan requirements (3 small children all requiring car seats so looking for a vehicle with 3 seat rows.) Finally, when I told them not to contact me unless they could answer my initial questions, I received an email that informed me the vehicle I had inquired about was no longer available. Worst response time I have ever experienced from a dealer's employee. Unlikely that I would even stop in to peruse their used cars if that is the way they treat cash customers!!
