Service department at Crewe Chevrolet
Cruise Chevrolet service department is great to deal with. I have dealt with Mr Mike Oldham ever since I have been dealing with crew Chevrolet. Mr Oldham is very knowledgeable in his job. He is considerate and very caring about his customers. He is a great asset to your company. I highly recommend this gentleman for whatever acknowledgment or monetary award crew Chevrolet gives out.
This by far was the worst car buying experience ever. It took over 8 hours to purchase a car. We had our own financing and a cashiers check from the bank to purchase, but they will try to pressure you into using their financing. After finally completeing the purchase, we waited an additional 2hrs for them to clean the car and turnover the keys. When we finally got the keys we realized the windshield had been broken. Instead of offering and apology or to fix it, they suggested we file a claim with our insurance. Don’t let them fool you that they have a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty either. It’s good for 3 years at best and they won’t bother to help if there’s anything wrong with the car.

Was Ripped off
My review stems from purchasing a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. I loved the car. Purchased in January 2017 and had to have a new transmission placed 3 months later in April 2017 Not by Crews Chevrolet because they don’t fix anything Nissan just sell them. Then in June 2017 the car was found to have a welded tire rod under the frame of the car. We basically bought a lemon Called Crews Chevrolet and they said bring it back and they would make”good” on it and get me in something else. They got me in something else alright. They got me upside down in the vehicle I’m in now. They basically just added that car to the different used car, juggled the numbers and now I’m driving a car and actually paying for 2 cars NEVER GO TO CREWS CHEVROLET!!
Bad repair job and consistent delays
I have been a repeat customer at the service department for 4 years and I am no longer going to get my car serviced there. I own a 2013 Chevy Cruise with about 65K miles on it. I had my water pump replaced which they did't do a good job on thus had to bring it back for a second visit after they kept my car for 6 days on the initial visit. They also determined that the oil filter cap was leaking, which was most likely caused by the person that changes the oil, but they charged me more than $200 to fix a problem that they caused. As if this is not enough, my car went in the shop with a working AC and came out with the AC not working. Now they are asking me to pay addition $1,300 for them to fix the AC that went bad while the car is in their possession. They need to hire more competent mechanics and better train their admin people; Until that happens, I strongly urge you to find another shop to get your car serviced.

Best dealership experience EVER!
My wife and I live in Louisville Ky. A couple of weeks ago we were on vacation at Isle of Palms . The day we arrived we started having car issues with our 2013 Chevy Captiva. After asking some locals about who to take our car to for repairs we were advised to take the car to Crews Chevrolet, even though we were closer to another Chevrolet dealership. At their mercy we. Called and made an appt for the next morning. Upon arrival the service tech advs that it would take about an hour to repair. We were also told it would be covered under warranty ! Our 5 year old car with 70,000 miles covered under warranty!! We were in awe of the service rendered, and our only regret is we don't live there ! This dealership would certainly have a customer for life ! We can't express enough our gratitude for this experience ! Our vacation was saved ! Thank you Crews staff and technicians!
