I have been a repeat customer at the service department for 4 years and I am no longer going to get my car serviced there. I own a 2013 Chevy Cruise w...ith about 65K miles on it. I had my water pump replaced which they did't do a good job on thus had to bring it back for a second visit after they kept my car for 6 days on the initial visit. They also determined that the oil filter cap was leaking, which was most likely caused by the person that changes the oil, but they charged me more than $200 to fix a problem that they caused. As if this is not enough, my car went in the shop with a working AC and came out with the AC not working. Now they are asking me to pay addition $1,300 for them to fix the AC that went bad while the car is in their possession. They need to hire more competent mechanics and better train their admin people; Until that happens, I strongly urge you to find another shop to get your car serviced.
bought a used car from these folks and it was an exceptional experience! Staff was professional and are devoted to giving the customer his best car b...uying experience.
