KIA of Mankato Service Department is above none! When you arrive you are greeted immediately and treated like family. I appreciate their full explanations and keeping me informed of progress. The service video is a nice benefit. I will forever return to KIA of Mankato because of their exceptional Service Dept!!!

Do not buy your car here!
Do not buy your car here! They will tell you anything until they get your money, then they don’t care if you are happy or not. I'm very unhappy that I chose Kia of Mankato to buy my car. I decided to buy a Kia Sportage Hybrid which is a very nice car, but the sales people are not honest or upfront with you. They told me before I came to sign the paperwork that they would include something but when I got there, they offered half of what they said. Finally they gave it to me , and I paid in full. Then they said that wasn’t the correct amount and changed taxes and fees and also made me meet with a high pressure warranty guy and made me write a different check. Then our salesperson Justin who was very nice before they had my money was supposed to go over my car features with me. He helped me pair the radio and a few other things but did not show me how to use important things on my dashboard or explain the hybrid feature at all, I am still trying to figure all these things out. We were supposed to have MPP service in our car and he said the service department would call to arrange that - nope I had to call and wait almost 2 weeks before the service department can do it. Lastly, once I drove the car home and looked at my paperwork, Justin forged my signature saying that I agreed that he had gone over everything and that I was happy. This is not true. STAY AWAY. They get 2 stars instead of zero is because the car is nice and they did change the rims for me.

DO NOT GO HERE! Bought a 2018 Elantra SEL at 114k miles and the engine blew at 120,500. They rip their customers off, take your money and time to somewhere that actually cares about their customers and values repeat business.

Worse service ever I got my brand new car back broken and
Worse service ever I got my brand new car back broken and they refused to fix it and i bought it from them brand new. I brought it in for my 2nd oil change.

First off I made an appointment with Jake and Matt, never saw them. Was brought to a dirty broken down office. Great impression... then they proceed to run OUR credit 5 times before talking to us about options. Not impressed needless to say we went to a real dealership.

Here is the deal. I went in to Kia today. Paula the sales lady and the financial man told me a month ago if I had a 1000 dollars down by the July 29th I was approved for a vehicle up to 22000.00 so today I went in there to buy the vehicle and Paula told me they don’t have the same vehicles now and they would need 2000.00 down. They down right lied to me. I advice nobody go there to buy a vehicle. They had told me the had a loan for me for 22000. And now they are saying they can’t help me. Please don’t go there.

I recently purchased a Kia, and I'm thoroughly impressed
I recently purchased a Kia, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its quality and value. It offers exceptional performance and features at a price point that's significantly more competitive than comparable models from other manufacturers. Kia vehicles also deliver excellent performance. My experience with Kia's reliability dates back to around 2020 when I lived in an apartment complex. During a severe rainstorm, the underground parking garage flooded, resulting in approximately 50 vehicles being declared total losses. Remarkably, my Kia and a high-clearance truck were the only vehicles to survive the ordeal. Many luxury and high-end cars succumbed to the flood damage. Interestingly, this incident became a topic of conversation among my neighbors. While they lamented the loss of their expensive vehicles, they couldn't help but comment on how the cheapest and oldest 2007 Kia had emerged unscathed. I sensed a hint of envy in their remarks as my car continued to function flawlessly despite the challenging circumstances. I continued to drive that resilient Kia for another four years before deciding to upgrade to a model with a rear-view camera. Naturally, I chose another Kia for my next purchase. Having owned vehicles from three different manufacturers prior to Kia, I can confidently say that Kia has proven to be the most cost-effective in terms of maintenance and repairs.
