Your finance guy was an xxxxxxx, the process which should have taken less than 30 mins took 90. We had a check from bank already filled out they had taken all of our information prior to us arriving at dealership. When I asked him how long more it would take he got upset and rudely said “I’ll let you know when I am done” once we were in his office his attitude went from bad to worst, forget about congratulating us on purchasing new vehicle and saying thank you. He push the yellow envelope towards us and said you’re done.

Everything about my experience with this dealership was amazing. Victor went above and beyond to make our experience relaxed, transparent, and easy. From initial call to final purchase, they were quick and we didn’t feel pressured at all during the interaction. I will buy all of my future cars from the Jim Ellis team and will call Victor for any car I want going forward.

truly unacceptable the behavior of the finance manager, Andrey Nikolaev. He was shockingly rude and condescending . Beyond unprofessional. — as a young woman, I felt completely disrespected by the way he spoke to me., loud , dismissive and with zero respect.
