Everything about my experience with this dealership was

Everything about my experience with this dealership was amazing. Victor went above and beyond to make our experience relaxed, transparent, and easy. From initial call to final purchase, they were quick and we didn’t feel pressured at all during the interaction. I will buy all of my future cars from the Jim Ellis team and will call Victor for any car I want going forward.

Had my truck for 9 days in the month of June.

Had my truck for 9 days in the month of June. They had it for the rest for multiple issues. After first repair, I get the truck back and have to bring it back 3 days later. 3 week wait, I finally get the truck back to find a puddle of coolant in my garage. Waiting now to see if it is a leak or if the mechanic made a mess while filling it and didn’t clean it up. Either way, really frustrating. My initial frustration is with GM and how they don’t truly fix issues when they know they have a problem. My current frustration is with Jim Ellis and their workmanship during the repair.

Been her multiple times with my vehicles.

Been her multiple times with my vehicles. Every time they want to charge me anywhere from 6k to 14k for services that are recommended. I am also talked down to as if I am an idiot. Will stop buying GMC because of their service and warranty options moving forward.

Our salesman Nick did an excellent job helping us buy our car. We purchased the car from our home in SC while the car was in GA. Nick answered his phone immediately every time I messaged him or called. He did everything we asked and made the purchase very easy!
