Nice location with friendly staffs and atmosphere. Our sale person, Victor Harris was patience, professionally direct, and very supportive throughout the process. We are definitely considering Jim Ellis on Buford for our next purchases.

Dealership is fine.
Dealership is fine. Service Dept could be improved. Made appt to have oil changed, tires rotated in afternoon thinking AM rush would have passed. Gave positive response when questioned whether we would be waiting. Received video in error of vehicle checked in ahead of mine within 25 minutes of arriving. Finally received video of my vehicle review an hour later, but did not get out for additional 45 minutes - total of 2-hr wait. Entirely too long. Please improve on this aspect. Otherwise actual service is good but something should be done to shorten wait time especially for waiting customers.

Ok. Are you ready for me to check out? Very frustrating to be recommended for services that are not required by the manufacturer. When questioned, Ed became very agitated. Further took him an additional 20 minutes to check me out after keys were delivered to his desk. The 3% merchant fee is frustrating, specifically since it's not disclosed until time of checkout. This is a direct violation of merchant rules from the card brands.
