Pats cars in morrow ga is the most unprofessional dealership in all of metro Atlanta. The employees walk around in there phones the managers won’t help you or talk to you and I was sold a car with a bad title 3 months after I had the vehicle and was asked to bring it back cause I could not receive a title! Don’t get a car from any Pars cars point blank period!!!!!’n

Came here to shop for a used car once I was approved and found the car the AC was broken and the car was filthy it looked like someone dropped it off and they turned around and sold it.I came back the next day at 9am like the man told me to get AC fixed and cleaned they told me it would be done at 12 I did not leave the facility until 3pm everyone was sitting around joking and laughing with no sense of urgency totally unprofessional

Had an awesome car buying experience. Generally expect to be unsold and lied to. But had a completely authentic and laid back experience. Loved my sales guy David. He was awesome, and j got a great deal on my car. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE NEEDS A GREAT AND DEPENDABLE CAR.

I purchased a vehicle less then 6 months ago and been having issues since I first purchased. I learned today the motor is out and they’re telling me nothi g can be done and continue to transfer me from dealer to dealer, stating They’re sending to a manager. Very dissatisfied.

I’ve been trying to get a car from new car dealerships for the last couple of weeks. They all gave me false promises over the phone just to get me there and then either deny my credit or ask for a very large down payment. Guys don’t waste your time. Pars Cars in Mount Zion put me in a car and didn't care about my past credit . I am very please with my car as well as there services . I came to Pars Cars after going to several other dealerships who promised the WORLD over the phone just to embarrass and waste my time. I was looking for a nice and luxury vehicle, they were asking very large down payment. I came to pars cars and I bought my Mercedes Truck with $500 down. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. God bless !

I purchased a car in April and 2 weeks later found out it was a lemon. After several issues, took it to a dealership to find several things were wrong with the car. I’m paying $450 a month for this 2007 and it needs $10,000 worth of work that Pars already knew about and refuse to fix. Never! Ever! Go To This Ripoff Place! Yeah, they will put you in regardless of credit but they want 2 times down payment and the cars will breakdown in a month.

Very easy approval and great customer experience. These guys have unbelievable car and suv’s , not like other dealerships, they did what they told me over the phone. I definitely recommend them to all my Friends and Family.
