    I requested an appointment with the Bill Cole Nissan Dealer in Ashland KY to have routine maintenance performed on my vehicle and my brakes repaired since... they squeal when used. I called the dealer directly and spoke with a customer service representative and asked since the service department closes at 2pm and my appointment was at 1:30pm whether they would actually perform the repairs to my brakes that day or whether they intended to look at my brakes and make me come back later to have them repaired. The representative said they would do the work. I told her I did not want to make the 100 mile round trip from my home to the dealer if the work couldn't be performed the same day. I would have been happy to reschedule the appointment on a day and time when the work could have been completed in one trip so I wouldn't have to drive out there again. Today I arrived at the dealer and after turning my car over to the service personnel and waiting a half h our Nick Turley comes out and informs me that my car needs tires, brake pads and possibly rotors since there is rust on the rotors. Unfortunately the service department is going to close and they do not have enough time to do the work. Turns out I spoke to the customer service rep and she assured me the service department would do the work. I informed Nick of the conversation I had. Nick told me they had to order parts to replace the brake pads and rotors. Again, this was covered in the conversation I had over the phone and coincidently the only reason I made the drive to the dealership in the first place was by the assurance the work would be performed right then and there. I repeated myself to Nick and he informed me they could do the work if they had the parts. I told him to talk to the customer service rep since I was told the work was going to be done and that assurance of the work being done was the only reason I drove out there. Nick told me the customer service people had no way to know the parts had to be ordered. Except they did. The person I spoke to on the phone could have put me on hold and contacted the service department and asked a question or two. She could have walked over to them. She could have sent a e-mail. She could have asked others to do any of the above. The only work that actually got done to my car was a oil change. I passed by many places I could have gotten an oil change done at that were much closer to my home. This was a wasted trip and one I had taken steps to ensure would not have happened if I had not been lied to. The people at the Bill Cole Nissan dealership have a lot to learn about how to treat current customers. We don't have to spend our money at the dealership to get repairs done. We could go anywhere and have the work done. We choose the dealership because we expect professional service to be done correctly on time the first time. We don't expect to be lied to. Yet I was.

    Bought A new Nissan and it’s junk! I do not recommend buying one. Over priced, they will add in extra stuff. Pay close attention to your paperwork! The... financial guy is rude.. I’ll never go back or recommend them. I have several issues with the car!

    Great customer service and the Nissan Service department was exceptional. Thank you Tyler for your assistance and expedited service. The staff in the... sales room while we waited were very friendly as well!!! Thank you Caleb for taking the time out to answer our questions in regards to a future purchase. Hope and plan to do business here for many years!

    Had a GREAT experience at bill Cole. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was there till 10 and was supposed to close at 6. Everyone was still... very patient!

    I had a terrific experience dealing with Bill Cole Nissan. The sales associates were helpful, informative, and very kind. & the overall process was very... easy, they went above and beyond to get us an incredible deal we just couldn’t pass up.     Went down Tuesday to get an appraisal on my car took about an hour of my time. Call three times to check back to see what they come up with can't get nobody... to call you back or nobody to answer the phone to let me know I wouldn't recommend anybody to come to your dealership

    My name is Douglas Herron, Samantha my sales consultant who sold me my new 2017 Honda civic XLT was very kind, honest and very informative. Samantha gave... me the best customer service I've ever received from any business! She is a awesome person, very hard worker and definitely a valuable asset to Bill Cole Honda in Ashland Kentucky! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

    I took my friend there who's older and wanted some assistance with purchasing a car, so I'm writing on her behalf. The salesperson tiffany was amazing,... the car is nice, but that's where the good part ends. After she agreed on a price, she went alone to the dealership to pick it up and sign papers. She agreed to an extended warranty and GAP insurance. When she got home and wanted to see the terms of her warranty, she first page of the agreement was missing. After looking at it all, i noticed page 1 of several groups of documents was missing. She decided to cancel the GAP and warranty, so we called and told them. We went back 3 days later and the financial person (nick Carter) would not recontract. He said she could get reimbursed but it would come off the end of the loan and her payments would not be lower. After speaking to another Nissan dealership, I found out that this was not the norm. Also, when asked about page 1 of the warranty which showed the years/mileage terms, Mr Carter stated it was not their policy to give customers a copy of the first page. This is the page where you actually sign for the terms, and she was refused a copy. We emailed the manager and she did not receive a call from him. Needless to say this is a poor way to do business and we will not be returning to that dealership. It's a shame the financial dept can ruin it for the sales dept, but we will be going to another Nissan dealer next time.

    After weeks of searching for a particular used vehicle only to be let down time and time again, we came across a match at Bill Cole Ford in Ashland. I... called to inquire on the car and Nick Carter provided me with all the details. We then decided to make the hour+ drive out and I'm so glad we did. Everything worked out and the buying process was pretty smooth, they were true to their word on negotiated items and very fair with a trade in. It was a good experience, and I love my new car! Go stop by if you are in the market for a new car
