Towing capability
Could not believe that after I bought a truck with a tow hitch to tow my boat, I could not tow it until I got a wiring harness installed at an extra cost. I did not know it was not wired until after I got home and looked to see where the wires were at. Pretty crappy business, would not do it again. Probably has nothing to do with the dealer, but Honda itself. Unbelievable.

Administrative Assistant
We were just out running errands and decided to see what was available that we might be interested in. We were there a few months ago, and I fell in love with a used red GMC Terrain. We didn't even test drive it. But we later decided we'd like something more economical. The salesman was extremely courteous but did not try to pressure us at all. We told him our preferences, and he did everything he could to meet them. I did really want a 'red' 'red' vehicle. What he brought to us was a maroon Honda CRV EX-L. It did have 'red' in the name of the color..it just was a different shade than what I had in mind. I'm adjusting. We drove home in torrential rain on Saturday, and the car was not moved the next day. I drove it to work today, and so far, I am loving it. Still learning all the features. We asked a million questions of the salesman, and he had a million and one answers. He didn't try to feed us a bunch of baloney, so we had confidence in him. He was genuine. So far, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

Excellent experience
We purchased a 2014 Nissan rogue from the Ashland ky dealership. Chris porter did an excellent job. This is the third vehicle that he has sold our family. We were completely satisfied.

Honda Accord 2014 purchase
The people at this dealership provided the best car buying experience my wife and I have been through in years. There was no haggling or game playing involved. I simply told them which vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and they made it happen. This makes the second car we've purchased at Bill Cole... for this reason. The only thing I might suggest is to the dealership is to refrain from screwing that big, ugly, plastic license plate box onto the front bumper. For those of us who do not require a front mounted license plate, there's no need for that box. But if I remove it -- which I want to do -- there will be two holes in the bumper. This must be a relatively new practice. We bought an Accord last year at Bill Cole and it came without the ugly box attached. I understand the idea is to include a Bill Cole plate on the front of the car. But this should be done with the customer's blessing...not forced. Thanks.
