We went to Spitzer's in Amherst when we were looking for a used car. My sister had recommended them highly. We met with the manager Steve Donat and told him what we were looking for. He asked Adam Skorvanek to help us. Adam showed us several cars that met our requirements and answered our questions. When we saw the 2011 Chevy Cruze we knew it was what we had been looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful and didn't pressure us. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will go back to Spitzer's next time we need a car.

I was in the market for a new, small SUV and Tiguan was at the top of my list. Bruce McGlothlin and everyone I met at Spitzer Volkswagen in Amherst were super knowledgable and accommodating -- from explaining the car's amenities to discussing the option to buy versus leasing the Tiguan. After a month of searching and dealing with car dealerships, I stopped by Spitzer Chevy on Route 58 and spoke to Mike Blackstock. I had my car in 30 minutes for a fair price and good financing. This best thing about this dealership is their customer service and up front answers. NO BS here! I recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a car or someone who just has questions for a future purchase. This whole process was simple, honest and satisfying. Couldn't ask for a better management team either :)
