Had a very pleasant experience at Chevy Spitzer. Reps were knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't feel pressured into purchasing a car, and left satisfied with my decision, purchase and the benefits I received.

Stopped in and was looking to get out of my current lease!! Mike Blackstock Greeted us and made the car buying process easy. This was the best experience to date buiying a car. Steve Donat the General manager was a pleasure to meet and he meet all of our needs.

Of the many VW dealerships in NE Ohio, I am thoroughly impressed by Spitzer VW. Not only did they have my rare configuration of what I wanted in stock, but their price was the best when compared to neighboring dealerships. After I knew that I was going to purchase a car from Spitzer VW, I asked about getting my new car in a different color. This was handled with military precision by their ability to locate a car across state lines and having it delivered in a very quick manner. The car buying process was, in a word, fantastic. Just want to thank Spitzer Vw for the service they provide to me and my family. We were traveling down the turnpike.We were heading to a family reunion when a service tire light came on. I call the dealership and spoke with Todd. He advised me that I was close and to pull Into the service dept.The service dept. pulled me right in and they found a large piece of steel that I must have picked up on the road in my tire. They were able to plug it very fast And I was back on the road in no time. Thanks again, Lori
