just purchased my second vehicle from Travis. He is a pleasure to do business with and we couldn't be happier with the vehicles we have purchased from Epic.

I have had a check engine light on since the day I bought my pickup From him and received no help in this issue. It's pretty xxxx sad that I buy a pickup and have to spend $400 dollars the next day getting it fixed

From start to finish Travis was very easy to deal with. And I usually can't stand car dealers they are always soo dishonest. I can say For sure this was my best experience ever with a car dealer.

Travis is an all around professional and good human being. He was so transparent about his business and was patient with all of our questions. The car he sold us had the cleanest looking engine that I have ever seen. He had the CARFAX report in hand as well as the inspection report that he had already had done on the car from a local Tilden Automotive. This is a small, family owned business. If you want an honest, trustworthy person to buy a car from, come here first. You won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a car from Travis and I couldn't be happier! Travis was attentive, knowledgable, polite and professional. He also recommended a great mechanic for maintenance (on a different car). I had to ask for extra business cards so I can share my experience with others.

My wife and I went in to test drive a particular car. In the past, whenever we have done this the dealer takes a copy of our driver licenses and off we go. Alone. This gives us a chance to discuss what we like and/or don't like about the car, if anything, and then make a decision to buy or not buy on the way back to the dealer. But not here. We had Travis in the back seat throughout the whole test drive. I don't know if he thought we were planning to steal his 10 year old car, or what. Very uncomfortable situation, and that was the main reason we did not buy that car, and will not return.

We just bought our third car from Travis and will continue to be life-time customers. We were highly satisfied with the two cars we purchased a few years ago, so we were excited to work with him again for our new SUV need. Travis found us exactly what we wanted within a few days. After looking at local dealerships we realized he helped us get a really great deal, and we were able to avoid dealing with "car salesmen". Travis works with the utmost integrity and truly cares about customer satisfaction, which is refreshing compared to dealing with car dealerships. He takes the time to understand exactly what you're looking for and will educate you in the car-buying process. Travis is a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We have referred family and friends to Travis and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. My teenage daughter will need a car in a year, and we will definitely be using Epic Autos.

Update from when I needed to get maintenance on my Armada.. It was a minor thing the vehicle needed and Travis took care of the issue asap! Ive given it some time to see if any other issues surfaced from the Armada and I have to say. I love my car, I'm si very happy I went with Travis he was very helpful and promised me I'd be a proud owner of this SUV and he was right! Awesome job 100% honest and helpful. I will be back to buy my baby sister her first car!!;) thank you!!
