We enjoyed our experience with Porsche Exchange. The entire experience was exactly as it should have been since we were able to get exactly the right vehicle for us.

I worked with Steven for over a year, initially looking at a Taycan and then pivoting to the Macan Electric. He was always excellent at communicating with me despite the delays in delivery from Germany. The dealership is also excellent and offers decent amenities. The one I particularly like is the hand washes. The service staff is always courteous, and I like that they respond by email since busy professionals cannot always respond with a phone call during business hours. I was very happy they gave me some gifts for the purchase, but I might have preferred a choice rather than the ones offered. Not a major issue, and it would not dissuade me from purchasing again, since this is the second time I have bought a car from the Exchange group.

Steven was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. He made everything run smoothly, even with me being out of town for extended periods while I was trying to finalize the purchase of my car. He is incredibly customer friendly and I would want to work with him again for any future vehicle purchases (my husband who also bought a Porsche recently from a different rep also has said he would rather work with Steven in the future!).

Steven has always been accessible when dealing with a new car. I needed his advice on a Sunday, and he responded! You can count on him to be there for any issue. He is extremely personal and professional to work with.
