I had a good experience at VDC.

I had a good experience at VDC. Emre was a lovely guy and treated us with respect. Ahad helped us out willingly to get our license plates put on, and Julian skillfully helped us through the final paperwork. I didn't personally work with Rocco, but if he were the "Manager "that Emre was discussing our deal with, then I would have a gripe. We came to that dealership attracted by a special price, which we were quickly told was not for real. After some negotiation, we got close to that price but were presented with an offer that added another 2K for the VDC special maintenance plan, which we didn't ask for or want, and preceded to tell Emre why. Emre was then caught in the middle of making the sale and pleasing his boss. We ultimately negotiated the 2K to 1K and were left with paying for a service we know practically nothing about and will likely never use. In the end, we bought a beautiful car and Emre was able to smooth out any awkwardness as we completed the deal. VDC seems like a group of nice people, but they should have a look at the promises about the prices they advertise as well as the extra services they attempt to upsell.
