I have NEVER in my 30 years on this earth experienced such poor quality customer service especially coming from a manager. I wish I got his name but he's the Caucasian guy who sits at the front desk in the managers area. I brought a friend with me because she was also interested in buying a vehicle. My sales rep. was actually pretty decent. But the Manager was so unprofessional and derogatory I couldn't believe it. He used profanity not once but at least 3 or 4 times while other customers was awaiting service. I felt horrible especially for that being my first visit and driving over an hour to get there. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! IM WARNING WHO EVER READS THIS TO NEVER GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP.

I can't say THANK YOU enough to to Auto Connection. Please if you need a car go see them! I have been to 3 other dealerships and they could not help me. I was feeling a little discouraged but a gave them a shot and they made it happen. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
