Absolute worst experience... owner/salesman knew nothing about the car and his attitude was even more outrageous than the asking price for the car. Heard stories about this dealership (stealership) and have no reason to not believe the many negative accounts of dealing with this rude and disrespectful owner. Highly not recommended!

I sent my husband to pick a car due to issues having same day off when dealers are open. The owner was very patient making/ accepting calls between myself and my husband after we decided on a 2009 Toyota Highlander. I appreciated the patience he showed. Im a nurse and busy mom/grandma and really get pressed for free time making major decisions. I didnt feel he was pushy, etc. I feel patience is a really great customer service trait. The car, so far, is great.

Had a great informative discussion before traveling for 2 hrs to see my Saab 9 7 x. John Rapp made it easy in a difficult time. Paperwork completed and out of there in 30 minutes. Sweet.

Found a car at this dealer that I liked, and drove 45min to test drive/purchase. Before even looking at the car, the owner/operator asked no less than 4 times if 'Youll be driving this car home today'. Upon arrival, he hounded my partner with the same questions. He was all too gracious when we arrived. I found 2 small issues with the car- before I even finished telling what they were, he refused to look at me and waved his hand like a pompous king to shoo me out the door. "Or you can just buy an extended warranty. Or don't buy it. I have other people looking in an hour". I didn't buy. And apparently nobody else has- its still for sale. I wouldnt ever go back here, or recommend this place.

The owner John is a stereotypical snake of a salesmen and is only worried about money and makes rules up as he goes along. I did a buy here pay here with him and he was horrible to work with. He made me drive an hour from my home to pay him cash every week so he could scam the state out of claiming the car. I owed $570 when I went through the traumatic event of totaling my car and he lied to the insurance company geico and said he towed my car so he could bill them and when it was time to divide my check up for the $3000 value of the $8000 car I just bought from him (note that I paid double it’s actual value as I am a young woman who was desperate for a car) he lied to the insurance company on the amount I owed him ($570) and told them I owed $770. He added two hundred dollars for no reason. When I confronted him he made up some assessment fees that are no where in my contract. He wouldn’t pull his copy out to show the police or myself. I went to pick up the totaled car that I bought back from the insurance company after he told me I could and out of no where he says that there’s a rule that he can’t release my car until the insurance check is in his hands. Which was a lie because I brought the police who really did nothing but tell me I had to bring him to small claims court but in the end John changed the rule and “allowed “ me to take my paid for vehicle how kind of him. I am reporting him to BBB and I would never ever recommend him to my worst enemy . Not to mention 2 days after I bought the car the motor blew up and he kept it for a month replacing the bad motor. Thank god the lemon law forced him to do that. I honestly don’t know how this business is even still running I’m sure I’m not the first person he has treated poorly. Or screwed over. Or sold a lemon to. funny thing is the police officer said that John sold him a vehicle a few years back that was in the hurricane Katrina flood and he spent $7000 for it to die in 7 months. Please share your experiences on here so we can help the next young or elderly person that he tries to scam in one way or another.

Gave him a cash deposit for a car for my daughter and her loan (due to her age) didn't get approved and he will not refund my deposit! He came highly recommended! DO yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY HERE

This company made promises and failed to reveal information on car after claiming the car had a clean fax with one owner. He lied!! This guy is not reputable

Very good attitude. Car is well maintained and in good condition. Do DMV themselves which really saves time for customers.

Bought my car needed small repair they fixed it right away they are very honest and very easy to work with. Great prices and I highly recommend them!
