Working with John Rapp and Allison was a pleasant experience. They had a no-nonse approach to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Provided me with all details including the Car Fax. Drove it to local Jeep Dealership and everything checked out fine. Once I test drove it, made offer and agree on counter...we have the registration, title, tag, etc. all completed within one hour. Excellent service in all aspects and I will trade with Action Automotive again in the future as well as recommend them to my friends!

John's prices are fair, and he preps the car for looks and safety, beyond the minimum inspection standards. He is also very good in handling all the paperwork. He has been in business a long time because he is fair and has the customer's best interests at heart.
